The table totals TZS 2 million per tournament, consistent with the advertised five-day TZS 10 million weekly pool. Despite cash-reward headline wording, the terms specify Hero-only free bets expiring after four days. Tanzania customers aged 18+ only, subject to the local account and identity rules. Claim difficulty: Hard

Terms & conditions

TaDa Halloween: the stated window is 16 September–4 November. Accumulated winnings produce points, with selected titles awarding double points; each day's top 800 receive title-specific Win Cards. The first three receive 20, 15 and 10 Royal cards. Lower ranks receive smaller three-, four- or five-star card bundles. Cards have no fixed TZS denomination on the public page. Rankings refresh every 15 minutes, earlier bets break ties and credit is due within 12 hours. The advertised approximately TZS 2.17 billion is a total pool, not one customer's reward. The page says 49 rounds although the dates span 50 inclusive calendar days; exact boundary times are not supplied. Tanzania customers aged 18+ only, subject to the local account and identity rules. Self-exclusion, duplicate-account and abuse restrictions apply; the operator reserves amendment or cancellation rights. Check the exact campaign for any person, household or device restriction. Drops & Wins: TZS 8.7 million daily first-place award

Claim difficulty: Hard

Terms & conditions

Pragmatic Drops & Wins: shown through 3 March 2027. Daily opt-in tournaments count the first 5,000 spins using win-to-bet scoring; the first-place table award is TZS 8.7 million. All 500 listed daily awards total TZS 58 million, below the advertised daily pool of over TZS 60 million. The weekly wheel requires three randomly obtained pieces and limits each customer to two prizes per week. Its table includes multiplier awards and free spins, whose TZS value is not fixed by the displayed quantities. No promotional minimum stake does not mean participation is free, and the TZS 75 billion overall headline is not an individual entitlement. Tanzania customers aged 18+ only, subject to the local account and identity rules. Self-exclusion, duplicate-account and abuse restrictions apply; the operator reserves amendment or cancellation rights. Check the exact campaign for any person, household or device restriction. Available Products

Live Betting

A separate live lobby showed event scores, match time, trackers and more than 30 markets on the sampled Danubio–Peñarol event, plus a login-gated stream notice. Cashout, partial cashout, Auto Cashout and Edit Bet have distinct conditions. Streams, transaction execution and latency were not tested; an earlier cashout quote can change or become unavailable.

Slots

The observed lobby and campaign pages include named slot titles and providers, with game-specific missions, spins and random drops. Eligible titles and gift expiry vary by campaign. No independently verified exact-edition RTP configuration was obtained, and a promotional prize pool is not a slot's payout percentage.

Live Casino

The public help describes physical studio cards, a wheel, dice and ball draws. Bet on Poker and 6+ Poker are wagers on dealt outcomes, not peer-to-peer poker. Baccarat and War of Bets treat ties differently. Operator-set bet limits, video-based settlement, cancellation rules and a 30-day claim deadline apply; published help is not proof that every named table was simultaneously playable.

Virtual Sports

Sporty Instant Virtuals describes ten-match computer-generated football rounds, an immediate-result option and a separate betslip; AI and independent RNG are operator claims. Sporty Soccer instead uses successive target-shot rounds with restaking, cashout and random loss events. Its rules allow forfeiture after an unfinished round remains pending for 14 days. Neither is a wager on an actual live match.

Sports Betting

Pre-match football, basketball, tennis and table tennis were sampled alongside other sports. The published minimum stake is TZS 10; maximum winnings are TZS 150 million per bet and TZS 200 million per customer per day. Flexi, One Cut, AnyWin and selected 2UP markets have separate settlement rules. Dated examples do not establish a current same-time price ranking against competitors.

Esports Betting

Esports is included in the researched product inventory. A controlled sample of tier-one esports prices, current title-by-title market counts and settlement execution was not obtained. Do not treat simulated football or a poker-themed casino game as evidence of an esports market.

Casino

The lobby includes card, wheel, dice, arcade and other games. Goal Frenzy's rules describe five paylines, scatters, turbo and auto-spin but leave RTP, bet limits and paytable values as placeholders. Published mechanics do not establish independently audited fairness, a numeric house edge or tested withdrawals.

Crash Games

Sporty Hero, Jet, Kick and Aviator appear in the reviewed local campaigns. Gift qualification can depend on cashout multipliers, cumulative stakes, first-come places or net losses. Rewards may be game-restricted free bets with short expiry. Promotion multipliers and pool contributions are not verified game RTP values.

Lottery

The live-games help describes Lucky 5, Lucky 6 and Lucky 7 mechanical ball draws every five minutes, with maintenance and cancellation qualifications. Lucky 5/6 use cylinder positions to determine result order. These are the operator's draw-game descriptions, not evidence of a separate national-lottery ticket reseller or a verified full payout table.

Licenses

TanzaniaTanzania

A Tanzania-only sportsbook and casino with TZS mobile money, live markets and country-specific app links. Published withdrawal-review exceptions and promotion restrictions need close attention.

  • Tanzania residence, local government ID and physical presence are required.
  • Published deposits start at TZS 100; withdrawals start at TZS 200.
  • The Gaming Board lists Marawin Limited / Sporty Bet; published licence numbers remain unreconciled.

Popular In

Pros

  • Football, basketball, tennis and table tennis appear alongside a separate live lobby with trackers and match markets.
  • M-Pesa, Airtel Money and Mixx by Yas are listed for both deposits and withdrawals.
  • Public help explains partial cashout, ticket editing and alternative accumulator settlement rules.
  • Dedicated Tanzania Google Play and iPhone storefront links identify the relevant app destinations.

Cons

  • Manual withdrawal review can take three working days; one dated commercial review reports that slower case.
  • Website and Play licence references differ, and the regulator's public tables do not reconcile their numbers.
  • Several game promotions have conflicting prize totals, short gift expiry or loss and leaderboard requirements.
  • Some game rules leave RTP and payout values as placeholders; app and account privacy disclosures also differ.

How we rate

Each factor below is scored from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) by our editorial team.

Licensing & jurisdiction fit
Scope: score the exact domain/app for the target jurisdiction. Verify the licence in the regulator's public register and confirm that the registered domains include the reviewed domain. Use BetAppStore's maintained, versioned licence-tier list. 1 = No licence, or the relevant licence is revoked or suspended. 2 = A licence is claimed but is expired, cannot be verified, or the validation seal does not resolve to the operator/domain. 3 = A valid Tier-3/offshore licence is verifiable in a public register, but player recourse and market-specific protection are limited. 4 = A valid Tier-1 or Tier-2 licence exists but was not issued for the target market, or a target-market Tier-2 licence applies. 5 = A valid Tier-1 licence explicitly covers the target market, operator and exact reviewed domain/app. Child/local versions are always checked separately for local authorization; a parent licence is not automatically inherited.
Ownership & track record
Check the operating company, parent, corporate registry, beneficial ownership, years since launch, regulatory history and supported unresolved confiscation/non-payment cases from the last 24 months. 1 = Operator identity cannot be verified; or the brand is blacklisted; or there is a confirmed mass non-payment event or more than 15 supported unresolved fund cases. 2 = Company is named but not verifiable, ownership is materially opaque/nominee-only, the brand is under 1 year old, or there are 6–15 supported unresolved cases. 3 = Company is registry-verified, owners may be undisclosed, brand has operated 2–4 years, and there is no mass incident; no more than 5 supported unresolved cases. 4 = Company and controlling owners are verifiable, brand has operated 5–7 years, is not blacklisted, and has no more than 2 supported unresolved cases. 5 = Public/audited company or named beneficial owners, 8+ years operating, no material regulator sanction and no supported unresolved fund case in 24 months. A child brand may inherit group ownership, age and group-wide incidents; its own local incidents override inherited history.
Player funds & game fairness
Count four safeguards: (A) independent RNG/game audit or a public provably-fair verifier; (B) per-game RTP/rules disclosure; (C) segregated player funds or public proof of reserves; (D) independent ADR plus a supported complaint-resolution rate of at least 80% over 24 months where a meaningful sample exists. 1 = None of the four; or a failed unresolved BetAppStore withdrawal; or a regulator finding for withheld player funds or unfair games. 2 = Exactly 1 safeguard, with no verified non-payment event in the last 24 months. 3 = Exactly 2 safeguards, including A. 4 = Exactly 3 safeguards, including A. 5 = All 4 safeguards are current and independently verifiable. Operator marketing claims do not count as evidence. Official records and instrumented tests override lower-level sources.
Account security
Advanced controls are: login alerts, active device/session list, withdrawal-address whitelist, withdrawal lock/delay, and a clearly documented account-recovery process. Score controls available to ordinary users on the reviewed domain/app. 1 = Password-only protection, or a serious confirmed security failure remains unresolved. 2 = No user 2FA, but every withdrawal requires an email or SMS confirmation. 3 = User-controlled 2FA is available, with no additional advanced control. 4 = 2FA plus 1 advanced control. 5 = 2FA plus at least 2 advanced controls; sensitive changes and withdrawals are re-authenticated. HTTPS alone is mandatory baseline security and does not raise the score.
Responsible gambling
Count only working account tools: deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, session/time limit, reality check, cooling-off/time-out, self-exclusion, self-assessment, and a target-market help-organization link. 1 = 0 working tools. 2 = 1 working tool. 3 = 2–3 working tools. 4 = 4–5 working tools. 5 = 6 or more working tools, including self-exclusion and at least one money limit. A policy page or marketing claim does not count unless the control is usable from the reviewed account.
Payout reliability & speed
Measure request-to-funds-received time using the median of 3 comparable withdrawals on the fastest normally available method. Record method, amount, timestamps, KYC status and failures. Measured results override 'instant payout' advertising. 1 = More than 5 business days; or a failed unresolved test; or a supported pattern of systematic delays/confiscation. Missing verifiable payout evidence also scores 1, not N/A. 2 = More than 48 hours and up to 5 business days, or a fixed pending period above 48 hours. 3 = More than 12 hours and up to 48 hours. 4 = More than 1 hour and up to 12 hours. 5 = 1 hour or less, processed 24/7, with all 3 tests completed and no unexplained reversal or failure.
Fees, minimums & limits
Score four applicable subtests separately, then average without intermediate rounding and round the final factor to the nearest whole score: operator fees on main methods; minimum withdrawal; monthly withdrawal cap; maximum sportsbook payout or casino win cap. Convert to EUR at the snapshot date. Mark a genuinely irrelevant subtest N/A. 1 = Fees above 5% or undisclosed; minimum above €100; monthly cap below €5,000; or maximum payout below €25,000. 2 = Main-method fees above 2% to 5%; minimum €51–100; cap €5,000–19,999; or maximum payout €25,000–99,999. 3 = Fees up to 2% or a material dormancy fee; minimum €31–50; cap €20,000–49,999; or maximum payout €100,000–249,999. 4 = No operator fee on main methods; minimum €11–30; cap €50,000–99,999; or maximum payout €250,000–999,999. 5 = No operator fees on any normal method; minimum €10 or less; no monthly cap or cap at least €100,000; and maximum payout at least €1,000,000 or no cap. If subtests land in different bands, use their mean; do not choose only the best condition.
KYC predictability & privacy
Measure verification effort, speed, disclosure and secure data handling—not whether KYC exists. Lawful, predictable KYC can score highly. Record requirements disclosed before deposit, accepted documents, triggers, secure upload route and median completion time. 1 = Supported evidence that KYC is used to stall/refuse legitimate payouts; verification exceeds 7 days without cause; documents are handled insecurely; or no meaningful privacy policy exists. 2 = More than 72 hours; repeated or duplicate requests; unexplained source-of-funds checks on withdrawals below €5,000; or broad marketing-partner data sharing. 3 = Required at signup or first withdrawal, completed within 72 hours, with a clear document list and privacy policy. 4 = Required only at a disclosed trigger/first withdrawal, completed within 24 hours, with secure upload and specific rejection reasons. 5 = No mandatory document KYC below a stated cumulative threshold of at least €2,000, OR automated e-ID completes within 15 minutes; triggers and privacy terms are clear and data collection is minimized.
Payment methods & market fit
Count only payment categories that users in the target market can use for both deposit and withdrawal: cards; bank/instant banking; e-wallets; domestic methods; crypto; prepaid/vouchers. For crypto-first sites also record supported coins/networks and a fiat on/off-ramp. 1 = Only 1 usable category, or deposit and withdrawal routes are incompatible, or networks/fees are materially undisclosed. 2 = 2 usable categories. 3 = 3 usable categories; for crypto-first sites, 3–4 supported coins with disclosed networks. 4 = 4 usable categories including a leading domestic method in the primary market; for crypto-first sites, 5–7 coins. 5 = At least 5 usable categories including a leading domestic method in every declared target market; for crypto-first sites, 8+ coins plus a usable fiat on/off-ramp. Do not reward a long global list when those methods are unavailable in the reviewed market.
Customer support & dispute resolution
Run 3 timed tests using standard questions about KYC, withdrawals, settlement, complaints and self-exclusion. Compare answers with written terms. Record hours, language, first-response time, accuracy, complaint escalation and independent ADR/regulator access. 1 = No working support channel, median response exceeds 24 hours, or no public complaint route. 2 = Email/ticket only, answered within 24 hours, with a basic complaint route. 3 = Working live chat with limited hours or median response within 15 minutes, plus documented escalation. 4 = 24/7 live chat in the primary-market language, median response within 5 minutes, accurate answers and a formal complaint process. 5 = 24/7 target-language live chat, median response within 2 minutes, accurate answers, written escalation and an independent ADR/regulator route. A support agent's statement never overrides current written terms.
Mobile usability & accessibility
Count seven passed checks: (A) registration, deposit, KYC, play/bet and withdrawal all work on mobile; (B) mobile LCP is 2.5s or less; (C) every offered product is reachable within 3 taps; (D) search/filtering works; (E) no blocking pop-ups; (F) Lighthouse accessibility is 80+; (G) no critical bug in a 60-minute scripted session. 1 = 0–1 checks, or any core flow in A is broken. 2 = 2–3 checks. 3 = 4–5 checks. 4 = 6 checks, with all core flows in A working. 5 = All 7 checks. Native iOS/Android, PWA and responsive web are treated equally when functionality, stability and accessibility are equal. App-store ratings are supporting evidence, not a substitute for testing.
Localization & market relevance
Count six target-market checks: (A) complete UI in target language; (B) wallet in target currency or clear conversion; (C) 2+ domestic payment methods; (D) target-language support at least 12 hours/day; (E) leading domestic sports/leagues or relevant local content; (F) local licence or market-specific terms/promotions. 1 = 0 checks. 2 = 1–2 checks. 3 = 3–4 checks. 4 = 5 checks. 5 = All 6 checks. For an English-language target market, A is automatically met. A lawful single-country operator is not penalized for lacking global reach; country count and restricted-country count are metadata, not quality points.
Bonus & promotion fairness
Where promotions are offered, count five fair-value conditions: (A) sportsbook wagering 5x or less on deposit+bonus, or casino wagering 35x or less on bonus; (B) at least 30 days to complete; (C) maximum bonus bet at least €5; (D) no cap on legitimate withdrawable winnings; (E) 5+ recurring offers or a transparent loyalty program. Terms must be linked from the offer. 1 = Predatory term: wagering above 60x, deposit locked to bonus, hidden material terms, retroactive changes, or undefined 'irregular play' used to confiscate winnings. 2 = Only 1 fair-value condition, or material terms are unclear. 3 = 2–3 fair-value conditions. 4 = 4 fair-value conditions. 5 = All 5 fair-value conditions and no predatory clause. N/A = Bonuses are prohibited in the target market or genuinely not offered. Leave unscored; absence alone is not a quality failure.
Primary product value & pricing
Score the declared primary product only and use the same snapshot time across peers in the same target market. Sportsbook: median pre-match overround on at least 20 comparable top-league events (5=≤4%; 4=>4–6%; 3=>6–8%; 2=>8–11%; 1=>11%). Esports: 10+ tier-1 match-winner markets (5=≤4%; 4=>4–5.5%; 3=>5.5–7%; 2=>7–9%; 1=>9%). Exchange: commission-adjusted effective odds. Poker: rake/cap minus effective rewards. Casino/custom: published RTP, house edge, commission or fees versus provider defaults and same-market peers. For products without the absolute bands above, convert the measured value to a same-market, same-product peer percentile: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, materially worse than peers, or pricing is undisclosed/unverifiable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Use the worse applicable outcome where a published price conflicts with instrumented measurement.
Primary product depth & liquidity
Score the declared primary product against operators serving the same target market. Use a fixed snapshot protocol. Sportsbook: covered events/sports/leagues and markets per sampled event. Casino: playable, non-duplicate games, identifiable providers and live tables. Poker: median concurrent players/tables/tournaments at fixed weekday/weekend peak and off-peak times, plus variants/formats. Esports: titles, tournaments and markets per tier-1 match. Custom: usable inventory, prize pools, events or liquidity. Average the applicable depth measures first, then convert the result to the peer distribution: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, or the product is listed but materially unusable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Local specialists are compared with the same market/product peer group, not with global all-in-one operators. Shared poker-network liquidity must be disclosed and must not be presented as exclusive to one skin.
Primary product integrity & features
Choose the five tests for the declared primary product. Sportsbook: accurate settlement, cash-out, partial cash-out, bet builder, stats/streaming/live tracker. Casino: independent audit/provably fair, RTP shown, providers identifiable, strong search/filters, useful tournaments/jackpots/demo/originals. Poker: anti-bot/collusion controls, published rake, hand histories/HUD policy, stable mobile software, security and table tools. Esports: clear settlement rules, roster/map/walkover handling, stats/streams, live tools, accurate settlement. Custom: clear rules, verifiable fairness, disclosed limits, reliable settlement and stable full-featured UI. A test passes only when it works on the reviewed domain/app; marketing claims do not count. 1 = 0–1 of the 5 tests pass, or a critical integrity failure is confirmed. 2 = 2 tests pass. 3 = 3 tests pass. 4 = 4 tests pass. 5 = All 5 tests pass and no material integrity warning applies.
Secondary products & useful features
Apply the three primary-product factors—value/pricing, depth/liquidity, and integrity/features—to every offered non-primary product. Average those three scores for each product, then average all secondary-product module scores without intermediate rounding. Products not offered are N/A, not zero. 1 = Final secondary-module average below 1.5, or any listed secondary product is materially unusable. 2 = Average 1.5–2.49. 3 = Average 2.5–3.49. 4 = Average 3.5–4.49. 5 = Average at least 4.5, with no offered secondary product below 3. N/A = The site is a genuine single-product specialist with no secondary product. Product count alone, popularity, advertising, awards and vague 'industry leader' claims never earn points; measurable quality does.

SportyBet's Tanzania service

SportyBet has a Tanzania-specific service using Tanzanian shillings, local mobile-money guidance and country-specific terms. The Tanzania Terms say customers must be Tanzania residents with valid government-issued Tanzania identification and must be physically in the country when using the service. The minimum age is 18. A page loading successfully outside Tanzania does not mean the service accepts that visitor or that registration is permitted.

The current Gaming Board of Tanzania online sports-betting and online casino registers list Marawin Limited with the trade name Sporty Bet. The observed Tanzania Terms and footer display licence no. 1277. The official Tanzania Google Play listing read on 28 September 2026 states SBI000000040. The current Gaming Board registers list the company and trade name but expose neither number, licence dates nor a domain-specific certificate. The numeric references therefore remain unreconciled and neither has been independently verified against a regulator-issued certificate in this review.

Opening and funding an account

The observed registration form requested a Tanzanian mobile number and password and displayed the local eligibility and age conditions. It listed Vodacom, Airtel and Yas mobile networks. The Tanzania registration guide describes selecting Register, entering the phone number and password, then entering the SMS one-time password and submitting. The OTP step is an operator instruction, not a completed account test. No personal details were entered and no registration was submitted during this review.

SportyBet's Tanzania Help lists Airtel, Yas and Vodacom mobile money. Its published help gives a TZS 100–5,000,000 deposit range and says deposits are generally immediate, while noting that fees may apply. Withdrawals are described as free through the operator, generally immediate, and returned to the source account in the registered holder's name. A request may be held for manual review for up to three working days. The published withdrawal range is TZS 200–5,000,000. These are operator statements, not a BetAppStore transaction test or a promise that a provider will settle within a fixed time.

The practical deposit guide offers an online payment selection followed by approval on the customer's phone, and a separate Paybill route whose details are inside the deposit page. Use the instructions in the authenticated local cashier rather than a number copied from a third-party page. The withdrawal guide directs customers to My Account → Withdraw, then the mobile operator, amount and destination check. It identifies deposit-and-withdrawal activity without betting, attempts to pay many different people's accounts and unusually frequent requests as possible review triggers. The Terms additionally allow reasonable cost recovery for an unplayed deposit, so the help's free-withdrawal wording is not an unconditional no-charge promise.

Sports, live betting and limits

The inspected sportsbook covered football, basketball, tennis and table tennis as well as cricket, rugby, volleyball, handball, baseball, ice hockey and other sports and simulated competitions. A sampled lower-tier football event showed more than 30 markets. Basketball listings and live tennis and table-tennis events were also visible. One historical basketball capture had a questionable competition label; it is excluded from a like-for-like pricing or market-depth comparison rather than treated as a verified EuroLeague sample. These observations do not establish a current same-time ranking against other Tanzanian bookmakers.

In a separate live-event check, Danubio v Peñarol displayed more than 30 market types, score and match-time information, a tracker, a Cashout tab and a notice that a stream was available after login. The observed event is an example, not a fixed market count. No stream was opened, wager placed or network-latency test performed. The rules warn that prices or markets can change or be suspended, that delayed bets may be rejected or voided in specified circumstances, and that trackers are indicative. Cashout availability can change during play.

The current cashout guide gives a TZS 0.1 minimum and describes partial cashout up to ten times on singles or five times on a multiple with one combination. Auto Cashout permits one threshold rule per bet, but execution may be delayed or prevented by closure or technical problems. A reduced offer may appear while selections are suspended; confirmation and successful processing matter more than an earlier displayed amount. Edit Bet closes the old bet and places the revised one at current prices. It excludes System, Flexi, One Cut and gift- or Sporty-Coin-funded tickets. None of those account functions was executed in this review.

Published Tanzania sports limits include a TZS 10 minimum stake, maximum winnings of TZS 150 million per bet and a TZS 200 million maximum potential winnings per customer per day. Terms give 30 days to raise a bet-settlement dispute. Read the market-specific rules before placing a bet, especially for live events, combinations, cashout and products with separate settlement conditions.

Accumulator features and early settlement

Flexi changes the number of winning selections required on a multiple containing at least three different events. Once the chosen threshold is met, extra winners do not increase the quoted odds. Cashout may be available, while void selections can trigger a recalculation that leaves a return below the stake. One Cut instead trades some all-win return for a stated return when exactly one selection loses. It cannot be cashed out or funded with Gifts, and voids may reduce that return below the original stake. Neither feature removes the risk of loss.

2UP, shown through 31 December 2026, settles a selected pre-match 1X2-2UP selection as won when that team takes a two-goal lead. Other legs of a multiple still need to settle; fully cashed-out stakes are excluded and only the remaining part of a partially cashed-out stake qualifies. It applies to selected competitions and markets. Live Odds Boost is activated on marked live singles, once per ticket; multiple and system bets are excluded. Its page does not promise one universal boost percentage.

The local help also describes AnyWin: eligible selections have odds of at least 1.99, one winning selection can satisfy the ticket, and the quoted return does not rise simply because more selections win. Voids may require a lower recalculated return. Separately, the multibet-bonus guide advertises a dynamic rate from up to 3% for two qualifying selections to as high as 1,000%, depending on selection count, leagues and markets. That maximum is not a blanket bonus on every accumulator; the actual ticket and applicable conditions govern. These features are distinct from a deposit or signup gift.

Game promotions and their conditions

The Tanzania promotion index checked on 28 September 2026 contained nine game campaigns beyond the sportsbook features. Several pay game-restricted free bets or spins, not immediately withdrawable cash. Leaderboards, first-come limits, random drops and losses can determine qualification. No campaign was joined or claimed. Recheck the exact page before participation, particularly offers ending on 30 September or 4 October.

  • TaDa Halloween: the stated window is 16 September–4 November.
  • Weekly Crash Challenge: three weekly rounds run 14 September–4 October, Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 EAT. Only winning multipliers of at least 2x on the eleven listed games count. Rank one receives a TZS 300,000 free bet; ranks 2–100 receive TZS 15,000 each. Credit is due within 24 hours after the round and gifts expire after five days. The gift stake itself cannot be withdrawn.
  • Sporty Hero tournament: shown through 31 December, with tournaments on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Join in game, use real-money stakes of at least TZS 100 and cash out at 1.2x or higher. Rank awards range from TZS 100,000 for first to TZS 200 for ranks 1,001–2,000. The table totals TZS 2 million per tournament, consistent with the advertised five-day TZS 10 million weekly pool. Despite cash-reward headline wording, the terms specify Hero-only free bets expiring after four days.
  • Pragmatic Play missions: shown through 10 October. Monday, Wednesday and Friday require TZS 5,000 wagered at stakes of at least TZS 100 for two spins, limited to the first 1,000 completers. Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday require TZS 100,000 for ten spins, limited to the first 200. The page says daily but its tables omit Thursday. Rewards are due within 30 minutes and expire after seven days; only listed games and the stated milestone order qualify.
  • Freebet Rains: shown through 31 December. Hero, Jet and Kick have TZS 2,000 wagering tiers for TZS 250 gifts; Hero and Jet also have TZS 10,000 tiers for TZS 1,000. Aviator lists TZS 5,000 for TZS 500 and TZS 10,000 for TZS 1,000. Qualifying cashouts must exceed 1.1x before a random drop, and limited first-come claim places differ by game and tier. Meeting the wagering amount does not guarantee a gift. Gifts expire after seven days.
  • Crazy Cashback: shown through 31 December on Hero, Jet, Kick, Skills, Street Football and Slide to Win. Daily net losses of TZS 200–1,000, 1,001–10,000 and 10,001–100,000 are shown at 2.5%, 5% and 7.5%; a separate 100,000+ tier advertises 10%, leaving an overlapping boundary at exactly TZS 100,000. Credit is next day as a restricted free bet with seven-day expiry. No maximum award was stated. A loss prerequisite and nonwithdrawable gift principal make this different from a cash refund or loss insurance.
  • Aviator missions: shown through 10 October, with opt-in and windows of 10:00–13:00 and 19:00–22:00; the page does not specify their timezone. Tuesday asks for cumulative 75x and Saturday for ten separate cashouts of at least 2x, with stakes of at least TZS 500. The first 400 completers receive TZS 2,000 free bets expiring after three days. Those two listed mission allocations total TZS 1.6 million, which does not explain the TZS 4 million weekly headline.
  • Kalamba Kash Drops: 5 March–30 September, with random awards on eligible paid spins of at least TZS 1,500. Its table lists 180 prizes of TZS 3 million, 1,800 of TZS 300,000 and 64,000 of TZS 30,000. These total TZS 3 billion, not the headline's TZS 30 billion. The terms' 3% wager contribution to the pool is neither a verified game RTP nor proof of a separately charged fee. Personal trigger probabilities are not published.
  • Pragmatic Drops & Wins: shown through 3 March 2027.

Adult eligibility, self-exclusion restrictions, duplicate-account checks and operator amendment or cancellation rights apply. Several campaigns also use one-gift-per-person, household or device wording despite recurring mechanics; do not assume unlimited repeat claims. Drops & Wins instead states a one-account restriction. Gift expiry, eligible games and whether only resulting winnings can be withdrawn should be checked separately for each reward. The arithmetic and wording conflicts above are unresolved published discrepancies, not proof that a prize was refused or that an offer is fraudulent.

Casino, virtuals and distinctive games

The casino lobby showed slots, live casino, crash, wheel, dice, card, lottery, arcade and other categories, including Sporty Jet, Sporty Hero, Mayan Ancient Riches, Sugar Dash, Sporty Kick, Even Odd and Goal Frenzy. Goal Frenzy's public Tanzania rules describe five paylines, scatter awards, turbo and auto-spin, but leave its RTP, bet range, payout cap and paytable values as literal template placeholders. No verified numeric RTP or provider certification was available for the inspected games.

Some Sporty-branded products have distinct mechanics. Sporty Instant Virtuals runs computer-generated football rounds with multiple bet markets. Sporty Soccer lets a player restake winnings through successive target-shot rounds or cash out, with random events that can end a session; the rules say an unfinished round can remain pending for 14 days before the stake is forfeited. Such products are not conventional match bets, and repeated play or restaking can increase the amount at risk.

The live-games rules describe wagers on studio-dealt cards, wheels, dice and mechanical ball draws. Bet on Poker takes bets on six dealt hands at changing odds; 6+ Poker uses a 36-card deck, with a flush above a full house and three of a kind above a straight. These are wagers on a dealt outcome, not evidence of player-versus-player poker tables. Baccarat returns Player and Banker stakes on a tie, whereas War of Bets says a tie loses both main-side bets. Speedy 7 offers successive red/black predictions, a cashout choice and four- or seven-card streak bonuses; skipping the next decision automatically cashes out accumulated winnings under its rules.

The same help describes Wheel and Dice Duel rounds every three minutes and Lucky 5, Lucky 6 and Lucky 7 ball draws every five minutes, subject to maintenance. Winning returns are stake multiplied by the offered odds, with minimum and maximum bets left to the operator. The page provides no verified numerical RTP or complete current price schedule. It explains refunds for specified cancelled card draws, video-led settlement and a 30-day claim deadline. A customer's lost connection does not necessarily void a recorded draw. These are published mechanics, not completed play or proof that every listed title was available at the same time; rapid repeat rounds and repeated stakes can increase cumulative losses.

Apps and customer evidence

The official Tanzania app page advertises Android 7+ and an operator-hosted download. Its APK package and signing identity have not been verified. Separately, the exact Tanzania Google Play listing was readable on 28 September 2026: com.sportybet.android.gp.tz, offered by Sporty Group, version 1.82.2, updated 25 September, requiring Android 7.0 or later. Its support links lead to the Tanzania service and local support email. Earlier secondary reports of removal do not establish current absence after this direct listing observation; uninterrupted availability and installation were not tested. Do not assume the operator-hosted APK and the Play package are identical.

The Tanzania iPhone listing refreshed on 28 September shows Apple product ID 1504038308, version 1.220.0, size 235.7 MB and iOS 15.0 or later. Apple names Sporty Internet Group as developer, Sporty Internet Limited as provider and Marawin Ltd in the copyright line. This stable ID is shared with other country storefronts; a localized page does not create a distinct app binary. The listing's broad multi-country licence claims are developer copy and do not resolve the Tanzania licence-number discrepancy. A store page is not proof of installation or account eligibility.

Tanzania App Store reviews include positive comments about the interface and product range alongside specific complaints. An August 2025 reviewer alleged receiving less than the cashout amount displayed; SportyBet replied that a temporarily reduced offer may appear while selections are suspended. The refreshed storefront dates this review 17 August, differing from the earlier capture's 16 August. Other reviews describe Bet Builder ticket instability and missing win notifications on an iPhone X. The current Tanzania Play listing likewise includes an August cashout-display complaint and positive navigation/payment comments. Storefront selection does not independently verify reviewer residence, receipts or how widespread an issue is.

In a commercial comparison last updated 23 July 2026, a named Dar es Salaam tester reported receiving a SportyBet withdrawal through M-Pesa after a three-working-day manual review during tests dated 11–17 June. The review says the hold followed a larger withdrawal on a short betting history, but gives no threshold; the reported net amount was TSh 12,991. SportyBet's Help allows a manual review of up to three working days, so this is one documented-attributed case within the published exception, not a typical-time guarantee.

A public Tanzania forum thread records a member's allegation that a 370,000-shilling accumulator on Villarreal–Elche lost because a third booking in added time was excluded; the member said support first referred to added time and then said the card came after the match. SportyBet's rules count bookings shown in stoppage time within regular 90 minutes, but exclude cards shown after the final whistle and cards for non-players. LaLiga's match log announces five added minutes, lists an André da Silva booking at 90+6 and records three yellow cards, but its published timeline does not make the order of that booking and the final whistle independently clear. Later forum commenters said a replay showed the disputed player was booked after the whistle, while the original poster disagreed. The thread does not provide an independently verifiable replay, a full operator case record or a regulator/court outcome, so it does not establish an incorrect settlement. It does show why the precise market rule and whether the card preceded the final whistle matter when checking a settlement. These dated user/professional reports do not prove that every account will have the same experience.

Account security, privacy and complaints

The public login uses a phone number and password; registration help describes an SMS OTP and the FAQ explains password recovery and changing a password in account information. These observations do not establish whether an existing account can enable login two-factor authentication, manage sessions, receive login alerts or lock withdrawals. No account was opened to test those controls, and absence from public help is not proof that an optional control does not exist.

The Tanzania privacy policy describes data use for service, legal/security and marketing purposes, including sharing with service, advertising and analytics partners. It offers access, correction and deletion requests through support. That scope is broader than the Android Play listing's developer-declared no-collection/no-sharing labels. The iPhone listing separately discloses identifiers for cross-app/site tracking and collection of user content, identifiers, usage data and diagnostics not linked to identity. Platform declarations can cover different implementations; their relationship to betting-account processing remains unexplained. None is an independent privacy audit.

The Terms also say a SportySocial page is created automatically and linked to the betting account. The FAQ says changes to the SportySocial username update the betting profile name. This account association deserves attention when choosing profile details; it does not establish which profile data other users can see. The Terms claim segregated, protected player funds, but independent bank evidence was not available. Their obvious-price-error provisions differ between voiding and repricing, so preserve the original ticket and the applicable wording if disputing an adjustment.

The local responsible-gambling material describes fixed-period self-exclusion, account closure through support and identity verification, under-18 prevention and problem-gambling resources. It also explains that an excluded customer may still be able to log in to withdraw an eligible balance, while unstaked funds can remain subject to the operator's risk process. Check the current local terms for the exact action and account effect before requesting exclusion.

If a bet or account issue occurs, save the ticket, transaction reference, timestamps and relevant screenshots. The Tanzania footer publishes tanzania.support@sportybet.com and +255 748 774 890. One help link labelled as Tanzania support pointed to a Nigeria path during this check; use the local contact details instead of assuming that destination is correct. The Terms set a 30-day period for bet-settlement complaints and describe arbitration followed by Tanzanian courts, without establishing how a particular claim would be decided. AI help is expressly nonbinding. No support contact or response-time test was performed.
