The rating shown on every site is a 50/50 blend of our editorial team's own assessment and real user reviews. A site with no user reviews yet shows our editorial rating alone; once reviews come in, they're weighted equally against it — no single review, and no advertiser, can move the number on its own.

Licenses, country availability, and payment methods are verified against each operator's own published documentation before a badge is shown, and re-checked whenever we update a listing. "Available in your country" badges are computed live from each site's licensed and restricted country lists — never a guess.

Every article goes through a Draft → In Review → Published pipeline. Drafts — including any produced with AI assistance — are never published automatically: a named human editor reviews and signs off on the content first, and that reviewer is credited on the article alongside its writer. Articles that used AI assistance always disclose it.

We earn a commission when you sign up through some of the links on this site. This funds our research and review process, but it never determines a site's rating, its rank in a list, or whether we cover it at all — those decisions are made by our editorial team using the methodology above, independent of any commercial relationship.
