Terms & conditions
Runs daily through 31 December 2026. Stake at least R10 on eligible games and incur a net loss to qualify for 10% of the previous day's eligible net losses, capped at R1,000 per account per day. Eligible games are Sporty Jet, Spin n Score, Street Soccer/Street Football, Slide to Win, Sugar Dash, Goal Frenzy and Safari Riches. Gifts are non-transferable, do not count toward net losses and cannot themselves be withdrawn; only resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Cancelled or voided bets do not count. Real sports are excluded. Available to new or existing customers aged 18+. Abuse can lead to removal of gifts and winnings; operator amendment, cancellation and refusal rights and standard terms apply. This is a recurring loss-based reward, not a welcome deposit match. No offer was claimed.

Terms & conditions
Runs through 3 March 2027. Opt in within an eligible game each day; only the first 5,000 spins count, with winning multipliers added to the score. The 500-prize table lists R60,000 for first, R40,000 second, R20,000 for ranks 3–4, R10,000 for 5–10, R4,000 for 11–20, R2,000 for 21–40, R1,000 for 41–80, R400 for 81–160, R200 for 161–300 and R100 for 301–500. Prizes total R400,000 by arithmetic; the advertised annual R500 million-plus campaign pool is not an individual entitlement. Only the 24 named Pragmatic Play titles qualify. The related weekly wheel requires three random pieces and permits two prizes per week; its multipliers and spins are separate from this cash ranking. Awards are automatically credited to a valid active account. The public page does not specify complete cash-award withdrawal, wagering or expiry conditions. Customers must be 18+ and not self-excluded; one account per person/household/device/IP, abuse and cancellation terms apply. No play, opt-in or reward was tested.
Available Products
Live football and other sports showed clocks, scores, changing prices and extra markets. Trackers are indicative; suspension and price changes can prevent cashout. No stream, bet acceptance, settlement or latency test was performed.
Dated local campaigns name Pragmatic Play and Red Tiger titles and other providers. Tournament pools are not individual entitlements, and eligible games vary. No operator-specific numeric RTP or tested spin return is claimed.
The local Evolution campaign names Crazy Time, Ice Fishing and Crazy Coin Flip. This establishes advertised game-show coverage, not a played session or complete table inventory. Product authorization and exact configured returns require separate checks.
Help describes Instant Virtuals and related simulated products with a separate R250,000 winnings cap. Generated matches differ from real-sport events. Published game mechanics are not independent RNG certification or tested settlement.
Football, cricket, basketball, tennis and rugby were sampled. Builder is prematch-only and excludes cashout; ticket tools have separate settlement rules. Racing is listed, but cards failed to load. Published maximum stakes are not guaranteed acceptance.
Racing navigation and local rules are published, with scratching deductions and separate open/exotic payout caps. Race cards failed to load during the sample, so current runners, prices and bet acceptance were not verified.
Esports navigation is presented alongside real sports. Coverage and settlement depend on the named competition; simulated football must not be assumed to be a human esports event. No representative esports pricing or transaction test was completed.
Table and arcade-style games appear alongside separately described slots, live dealers and crash titles. The bookmaker licence does not by itself resolve their authorization. Exact deployed RTP and independent fairness verification remain incomplete.
Local rules describe staking before a round and cashing out before the multiplier stops. Auto controls and advertised multiplier maxima do not establish guaranteed execution or RTP. Hero/Kick fairness assertions were not independently reproduced.
Lucky Numbers displays South African and international draw listings. Opening SA Daily Lotto required login. Market odds, limits and settlement were not visible; the Lottery label does not establish that customers buy official lottery tickets.

Rating Scorecard
How we rate
Each factor below is scored from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) by our editorial team.
- Licensing & jurisdiction fit
- Scope: score the exact domain/app for the target jurisdiction. Verify the licence in the regulator's public register and confirm that the registered domains include the reviewed domain. Use BetAppStore's maintained, versioned licence-tier list. 1 = No licence, or the relevant licence is revoked or suspended. 2 = A licence is claimed but is expired, cannot be verified, or the validation seal does not resolve to the operator/domain. 3 = A valid Tier-3/offshore licence is verifiable in a public register, but player recourse and market-specific protection are limited. 4 = A valid Tier-1 or Tier-2 licence exists but was not issued for the target market, or a target-market Tier-2 licence applies. 5 = A valid Tier-1 licence explicitly covers the target market, operator and exact reviewed domain/app. Child/local versions are always checked separately for local authorization; a parent licence is not automatically inherited.
- Ownership & track record
- Check the operating company, parent, corporate registry, beneficial ownership, years since launch, regulatory history and supported unresolved confiscation/non-payment cases from the last 24 months. 1 = Operator identity cannot be verified; or the brand is blacklisted; or there is a confirmed mass non-payment event or more than 15 supported unresolved fund cases. 2 = Company is named but not verifiable, ownership is materially opaque/nominee-only, the brand is under 1 year old, or there are 6–15 supported unresolved cases. 3 = Company is registry-verified, owners may be undisclosed, brand has operated 2–4 years, and there is no mass incident; no more than 5 supported unresolved cases. 4 = Company and controlling owners are verifiable, brand has operated 5–7 years, is not blacklisted, and has no more than 2 supported unresolved cases. 5 = Public/audited company or named beneficial owners, 8+ years operating, no material regulator sanction and no supported unresolved fund case in 24 months. A child brand may inherit group ownership, age and group-wide incidents; its own local incidents override inherited history.
- Player funds & game fairness
- Count four safeguards: (A) independent RNG/game audit or a public provably-fair verifier; (B) per-game RTP/rules disclosure; (C) segregated player funds or public proof of reserves; (D) independent ADR plus a supported complaint-resolution rate of at least 80% over 24 months where a meaningful sample exists. 1 = None of the four; or a failed unresolved BetAppStore withdrawal; or a regulator finding for withheld player funds or unfair games. 2 = Exactly 1 safeguard, with no verified non-payment event in the last 24 months. 3 = Exactly 2 safeguards, including A. 4 = Exactly 3 safeguards, including A. 5 = All 4 safeguards are current and independently verifiable. Operator marketing claims do not count as evidence. Official records and instrumented tests override lower-level sources.
- Account security
- Advanced controls are: login alerts, active device/session list, withdrawal-address whitelist, withdrawal lock/delay, and a clearly documented account-recovery process. Score controls available to ordinary users on the reviewed domain/app. 1 = Password-only protection, or a serious confirmed security failure remains unresolved. 2 = No user 2FA, but every withdrawal requires an email or SMS confirmation. 3 = User-controlled 2FA is available, with no additional advanced control. 4 = 2FA plus 1 advanced control. 5 = 2FA plus at least 2 advanced controls; sensitive changes and withdrawals are re-authenticated. HTTPS alone is mandatory baseline security and does not raise the score.
- Responsible gambling
- Count only working account tools: deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, session/time limit, reality check, cooling-off/time-out, self-exclusion, self-assessment, and a target-market help-organization link. 1 = 0 working tools. 2 = 1 working tool. 3 = 2–3 working tools. 4 = 4–5 working tools. 5 = 6 or more working tools, including self-exclusion and at least one money limit. A policy page or marketing claim does not count unless the control is usable from the reviewed account.
- Payout reliability & speed
- Measure request-to-funds-received time using the median of 3 comparable withdrawals on the fastest normally available method. Record method, amount, timestamps, KYC status and failures. Measured results override 'instant payout' advertising. 1 = More than 5 business days; or a failed unresolved test; or a supported pattern of systematic delays/confiscation. Missing verifiable payout evidence also scores 1, not N/A. 2 = More than 48 hours and up to 5 business days, or a fixed pending period above 48 hours. 3 = More than 12 hours and up to 48 hours. 4 = More than 1 hour and up to 12 hours. 5 = 1 hour or less, processed 24/7, with all 3 tests completed and no unexplained reversal or failure.
- Fees, minimums & limits
- Score four applicable subtests separately, then average without intermediate rounding and round the final factor to the nearest whole score: operator fees on main methods; minimum withdrawal; monthly withdrawal cap; maximum sportsbook payout or casino win cap. Convert to EUR at the snapshot date. Mark a genuinely irrelevant subtest N/A. 1 = Fees above 5% or undisclosed; minimum above €100; monthly cap below €5,000; or maximum payout below €25,000. 2 = Main-method fees above 2% to 5%; minimum €51–100; cap €5,000–19,999; or maximum payout €25,000–99,999. 3 = Fees up to 2% or a material dormancy fee; minimum €31–50; cap €20,000–49,999; or maximum payout €100,000–249,999. 4 = No operator fee on main methods; minimum €11–30; cap €50,000–99,999; or maximum payout €250,000–999,999. 5 = No operator fees on any normal method; minimum €10 or less; no monthly cap or cap at least €100,000; and maximum payout at least €1,000,000 or no cap. If subtests land in different bands, use their mean; do not choose only the best condition.
- KYC predictability & privacy
- Measure verification effort, speed, disclosure and secure data handling—not whether KYC exists. Lawful, predictable KYC can score highly. Record requirements disclosed before deposit, accepted documents, triggers, secure upload route and median completion time. 1 = Supported evidence that KYC is used to stall/refuse legitimate payouts; verification exceeds 7 days without cause; documents are handled insecurely; or no meaningful privacy policy exists. 2 = More than 72 hours; repeated or duplicate requests; unexplained source-of-funds checks on withdrawals below €5,000; or broad marketing-partner data sharing. 3 = Required at signup or first withdrawal, completed within 72 hours, with a clear document list and privacy policy. 4 = Required only at a disclosed trigger/first withdrawal, completed within 24 hours, with secure upload and specific rejection reasons. 5 = No mandatory document KYC below a stated cumulative threshold of at least €2,000, OR automated e-ID completes within 15 minutes; triggers and privacy terms are clear and data collection is minimized.
- Payment methods & market fit
- Count only payment categories that users in the target market can use for both deposit and withdrawal: cards; bank/instant banking; e-wallets; domestic methods; crypto; prepaid/vouchers. For crypto-first sites also record supported coins/networks and a fiat on/off-ramp. 1 = Only 1 usable category, or deposit and withdrawal routes are incompatible, or networks/fees are materially undisclosed. 2 = 2 usable categories. 3 = 3 usable categories; for crypto-first sites, 3–4 supported coins with disclosed networks. 4 = 4 usable categories including a leading domestic method in the primary market; for crypto-first sites, 5–7 coins. 5 = At least 5 usable categories including a leading domestic method in every declared target market; for crypto-first sites, 8+ coins plus a usable fiat on/off-ramp. Do not reward a long global list when those methods are unavailable in the reviewed market.
- Customer support & dispute resolution
- Run 3 timed tests using standard questions about KYC, withdrawals, settlement, complaints and self-exclusion. Compare answers with written terms. Record hours, language, first-response time, accuracy, complaint escalation and independent ADR/regulator access. 1 = No working support channel, median response exceeds 24 hours, or no public complaint route. 2 = Email/ticket only, answered within 24 hours, with a basic complaint route. 3 = Working live chat with limited hours or median response within 15 minutes, plus documented escalation. 4 = 24/7 live chat in the primary-market language, median response within 5 minutes, accurate answers and a formal complaint process. 5 = 24/7 target-language live chat, median response within 2 minutes, accurate answers, written escalation and an independent ADR/regulator route. A support agent's statement never overrides current written terms.
- Mobile usability & accessibility
- Count seven passed checks: (A) registration, deposit, KYC, play/bet and withdrawal all work on mobile; (B) mobile LCP is 2.5s or less; (C) every offered product is reachable within 3 taps; (D) search/filtering works; (E) no blocking pop-ups; (F) Lighthouse accessibility is 80+; (G) no critical bug in a 60-minute scripted session. 1 = 0–1 checks, or any core flow in A is broken. 2 = 2–3 checks. 3 = 4–5 checks. 4 = 6 checks, with all core flows in A working. 5 = All 7 checks. Native iOS/Android, PWA and responsive web are treated equally when functionality, stability and accessibility are equal. App-store ratings are supporting evidence, not a substitute for testing.
- Localization & market relevance
- Count six target-market checks: (A) complete UI in target language; (B) wallet in target currency or clear conversion; (C) 2+ domestic payment methods; (D) target-language support at least 12 hours/day; (E) leading domestic sports/leagues or relevant local content; (F) local licence or market-specific terms/promotions. 1 = 0 checks. 2 = 1–2 checks. 3 = 3–4 checks. 4 = 5 checks. 5 = All 6 checks. For an English-language target market, A is automatically met. A lawful single-country operator is not penalized for lacking global reach; country count and restricted-country count are metadata, not quality points.
- Bonus & promotion fairness
- Where promotions are offered, count five fair-value conditions: (A) sportsbook wagering 5x or less on deposit+bonus, or casino wagering 35x or less on bonus; (B) at least 30 days to complete; (C) maximum bonus bet at least €5; (D) no cap on legitimate withdrawable winnings; (E) 5+ recurring offers or a transparent loyalty program. Terms must be linked from the offer. 1 = Predatory term: wagering above 60x, deposit locked to bonus, hidden material terms, retroactive changes, or undefined 'irregular play' used to confiscate winnings. 2 = Only 1 fair-value condition, or material terms are unclear. 3 = 2–3 fair-value conditions. 4 = 4 fair-value conditions. 5 = All 5 fair-value conditions and no predatory clause. N/A = Bonuses are prohibited in the target market or genuinely not offered. Leave unscored; absence alone is not a quality failure.
- Primary product value & pricing
- Score the declared primary product only and use the same snapshot time across peers in the same target market. Sportsbook: median pre-match overround on at least 20 comparable top-league events (5=≤4%; 4=>4–6%; 3=>6–8%; 2=>8–11%; 1=>11%). Esports: 10+ tier-1 match-winner markets (5=≤4%; 4=>4–5.5%; 3=>5.5–7%; 2=>7–9%; 1=>9%). Exchange: commission-adjusted effective odds. Poker: rake/cap minus effective rewards. Casino/custom: published RTP, house edge, commission or fees versus provider defaults and same-market peers. For products without the absolute bands above, convert the measured value to a same-market, same-product peer percentile: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, materially worse than peers, or pricing is undisclosed/unverifiable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Use the worse applicable outcome where a published price conflicts with instrumented measurement.
- Primary product depth & liquidity
- Score the declared primary product against operators serving the same target market. Use a fixed snapshot protocol. Sportsbook: covered events/sports/leagues and markets per sampled event. Casino: playable, non-duplicate games, identifiable providers and live tables. Poker: median concurrent players/tables/tournaments at fixed weekday/weekend peak and off-peak times, plus variants/formats. Esports: titles, tournaments and markets per tier-1 match. Custom: usable inventory, prize pools, events or liquidity. Average the applicable depth measures first, then convert the result to the peer distribution: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, or the product is listed but materially unusable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Local specialists are compared with the same market/product peer group, not with global all-in-one operators. Shared poker-network liquidity must be disclosed and must not be presented as exclusive to one skin.
- Primary product integrity & features
- Choose the five tests for the declared primary product. Sportsbook: accurate settlement, cash-out, partial cash-out, bet builder, stats/streaming/live tracker. Casino: independent audit/provably fair, RTP shown, providers identifiable, strong search/filters, useful tournaments/jackpots/demo/originals. Poker: anti-bot/collusion controls, published rake, hand histories/HUD policy, stable mobile software, security and table tools. Esports: clear settlement rules, roster/map/walkover handling, stats/streams, live tools, accurate settlement. Custom: clear rules, verifiable fairness, disclosed limits, reliable settlement and stable full-featured UI. A test passes only when it works on the reviewed domain/app; marketing claims do not count. 1 = 0–1 of the 5 tests pass, or a critical integrity failure is confirmed. 2 = 2 tests pass. 3 = 3 tests pass. 4 = 4 tests pass. 5 = All 5 tests pass and no material integrity warning applies.
- Secondary products & useful features
- Apply the three primary-product factors—value/pricing, depth/liquidity, and integrity/features—to every offered non-primary product. Average those three scores for each product, then average all secondary-product module scores without intermediate rounding. Products not offered are N/A, not zero. 1 = Final secondary-module average below 1.5, or any listed secondary product is materially unusable. 2 = Average 1.5–2.49. 3 = Average 2.5–3.49. 4 = Average 3.5–4.49. 5 = Average at least 4.5, with no offered secondary product below 3. N/A = The site is a genuine single-product specialist with no secondary product. Product count alone, popularity, advertising, awards and vague 'industry leader' claims never earn points; measurable quality does.
The South African edition and bookmaker licence
SportyBet South Africa combines a rand sportsbook with a large set of conditional betting tools and recurring game offers. The strongest verified distinction is its listed provincial bookmaker identity; that listing does not settle the authorization of every casino-style product. Readers comparing it with other South African services should weigh the sports-market choice against product-specific settlement rules, qualified withdrawal timing and rewards whose advertised maximum may never be received.
The local terms restrict bet placement to people within South Africa. This is a location requirement, not proof that every South African resident can use the service while abroad. Registration also creates a linked SportySocial page with an automatically assigned username, according to the terms. No registration or location-enforcement test was performed.
SportyBet's South African service is at sportybet.co.za/za, uses rand and begins registration with a South African +27 mobile number. The National Gambling Board's verified-operator register, last updated 4 September 2026 and rechecked on 28 September, lists SportyBet as a Mpumalanga bookmaker at Promenade Mall, Mbombela, under licence 9-2-1-09799. SportyBet's footer identifies Enziglo (Pty) Ltd (2023/651867/07) as the licence holder and links a certificate for the same licence and approved URL. The operator says it was first issued on 28 August 2024; a later certificate copy is dated 25 September 2025. The licence requires annual renewal by 30 September. This research snapshot is dated 28 September 2026, so it does not establish the outcome of the next renewal.
The bookmaker licence is not evidence that every product on the site has separate authorization. The National Gambling Board's public materials state that online interactive casino-style games are unlawful unless authorized under applicable legislation. SportyBet's South African site advertises slots, live casino and interactive games alongside the sportsbook. This research did not find a product-specific authorization or a regulator decision concerning Enziglo's games. Treat the sportsbook bookmaker listing and the status of casino-style products as separate matters; the material reviewed does not support saying that the whole operator has been found unlawful.
The licence register and certificate list the Promenade Mall address. A Mpumalanga Gazette notice records Enziglo's intention to apply to move its bookmaker office to another Mbombela address; it is an application notice, not proof that a move was approved. The regulator register still showed Promenade Mall on 4 September. The service's footer lists support at support@sportybet.co.za and 087 250 2234. Its terms require users to be at least 18, provide accurate account details, maintain one account and complete identity, address or source-of-funds checks when requested. Registration was viewed but not submitted.
The operator-hosted PAIA manual approved on 7 December 2025 names Anli Kotzé and Stuart Chiles as executive directors of Enziglo. This dated management disclosure does not identify a CEO or establish beneficial ownership; the app seller must not be substituted for the local contracting company.
Payments and limits
Current public help describes deposits through vouchers, EFT, instant payments and card gateways. The homepage rechecked on 28 September names OTT, Blu and 1Voucher; Capitec Pay, Ozow, PayShap and Walletdoc for instant transfers; Walletdoc and Peach Payments as card processors; and Google Pay or Apple Pay. It also still advertises EFT or eWallet withdrawals, naming FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank for eWallet and 24 working hours for EFT. That wording is absent from the refreshed withdrawal help, while the terms require a recognized South African bank account in the account holder's name. This is a conflict between current public pages, not proof that eWallet has been discontinued. Confirm the available route and its conditions with the operator before transferring money. No logged-in cashier or payment was tested.
The current FAQ says withdrawals are free of charge and processing takes up to 60 minutes, subject to delays. The separate withdrawal help tells customers to contact support if bank receipt has not occurred within 48 hours. Processing and arrival in a bank account are different stages; neither statement is a measured payout result. The terms publish a R1,000,000 daily withdrawal limit. Earlier site configuration showed R1–R20,000 deposits and R1–R100,000 per withdrawal, but the current public help does not confirm these per-transaction bounds. Check the applicable cashier limit before transferring funds.
Published sportsbook limits include a R1 minimum stake, R500,000 maximum stake and R20,000,000 maximum potential win. The front-end configuration allows up to 50 selections and displays a R15,000,000 cashout ceiling. Appendix Two, rechecked on 28 September 2026, separately limits winnings on each Third-Party Game, including Sporty Games, bet to R10,000,000 and daily potential winnings to R20,000,000. The R10,000,000 figure is a winnings cap, not a stake limit. These are published limits, not a guarantee that each market accepts the maximum. No payment, wager or cashout was made.
Sports and live betting
The observed sportsbook listed football, cricket, basketball, tennis and rugby along with other sports, racing and esports. The football sample included UEFA Nations League and African qualifiers. The cricket page showed South African domestic T20 Cup fixtures and international ODI markets; sampled matches displayed roughly 78 to 104 additional markets. Basketball and tennis pages included changing pre-match odds, and rugby fixtures were visible. Prices and market counts are dated observations, not persistent quotations or recommendations.
The separate live lobby showed about 49 events at the observation time, including football with live scores, clocks, 1X2 prices, totals and additional markets; tennis and other sports were also present. SportyBet's help warns that live prices and markets may be delayed or suspended and that trackers are indicative. The site linked SportyTV/SportyFM features, but no stream was activated. No wager, cashout, bet acceptance delay or network-latency test was performed.
A separate 28 September price snapshot illustrates why a broad market list does not establish uniformly strong odds. Three pre-match football 1X2 books had calculated overrounds of about 1.57% to 4.92%, while three live books ranged from 6.50% to 10.20%. Overround is the sum of the implied probabilities above 100%, not a measured customer loss rate. These were different events and match states, so the small sample cannot establish a site-wide average or a general pre-match advantage. The useful conclusion is narrower: compare the complete outcome prices for the particular market, rather than relying on the brand's overall odds claim.
South African Bet Builder rules say the feature is for football, allows up to eight selections from one fixture, and requires every selection to win. A void or pushed selection or a selected participant not in the starting lineup voids the builder. The rules exclude live betting, cashout, AnyWin, Edit Bet, Flexi and 1Cut; Bore Draw and 2UP may apply to eligible bet types. Availability can vary by fixture and customer, and the operator reserves rights to restrict or remove markets.
Racing and cricket settlement details
The race-card page failed to load, so current runners and racing odds were not verified. The local racing rules were readable: they state a 6% deduction described as winnings or betting tax, scratching deductions and different treatment of ante-post and with-a-run bets. They also cap specified open-bet payouts at R1,000 per customer and exotic payouts at R5 million per customer, subject to additional pool and dividend restrictions. The headline R20 million sportsbook ceiling therefore does not describe every racing bet. These are the operator's published conditions, not a tax-law assessment or a tested payout.
Cricket settlement depends on the market. Official match results can include a deciding super over, while many run and wicket markets exclude it. Weather-shortened totals commonly use an 80% scheduled-overs threshold, whereas top-batter and top-bowler rules use 50%, with separate first-class and already-determined-result exceptions. Consult the exact market rule; one abandonment rule cannot safely summarize all cricket bets.
Promotions, casino and distinctive games
Cashout is conditional on a current offer and can fail when prices change or markets suspend. Local help gives a R0.01 minimum, up to ten partial cashouts on a single and five on a one-combination multiple, plus one automatic cashout rule per bet. The automatic threshold is not guaranteed. Edit Bet uses cashout to replace an eligible single or multiple at current prices; it excludes System, Flexi, One Cut and gift bets. One Cut offers a quoted lower return when exactly one selection loses but excludes cashout and gifts. Flexi uses a required number of winning selections and supports cashout. Voided selections can reduce One Cut or Flexi returns below the original stake.
The general FAQ allows up to 50 selections, with 15 for System bets, while the dedicated live instructions specify no more than 30 live selections. It also publishes a separate R250,000 winnings cap for Instant Virtuals, vFootball and SportySlim. These product-specific limits should not be replaced by the headline sportsbook maximum.
Sports offers and recurring gifts
The mobile AZ Menu adds features that are easy to miss in the desktop promotion list. AutoBet lets a customer set a single selection, target odds and stake, then manage or remove pending requests. A request is not a wager until processing succeeds and a Ticket ID is issued. The terms do not guarantee execution even if the target is met, and they permit correction or voiding of erroneous prices. Removing a pending request should not be confused with cancelling an accepted bet. Review outstanding requests and total intended spending before leaving automated instructions active.
EarlyGoals applies to selected pre-match football Over markets: Over 1.5 can settle after one goal by 9:59, Over 2.5 after two by 29:59 and Over 3.5 after three by 49:59. If the trigger is missed, ordinary Over/Under settlement applies. AnyWin is a different structure: at least two events form one multiple, with a fixed quoted return when any selection wins; further winners do not increase that return. It supports pre-match/live betting and cashout, but void recalculation can reduce the return below the stake.
Bore Draw runs from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 on qualifying real-football pre-match Correct Score and Half Time/Full Time markets, excluding 0–0 and Draw/Draw selections respectively. If the match ends 0–0, a qualifying losing selection is reset to odds of 1. In a multiple, that removes the leg rather than refunding the whole ticket. Fully cashed-out bets and virtual football are excluded; only the remaining stake qualifies after partial cashout. The marketing's “risk-free” language therefore does not describe ordinary betting risk.
The desktop and mobile promotion menus contain different inventories; the desktop's fourteen cards were not the complete set. No generic welcome offer was confirmed. On marked football markets, 1UP settles a qualifying selection after a one-goal lead and 2UP after a two-goal lead; the two cannot both apply to the same match. Fully cashed-out bets are excluded, while only the remaining stake can qualify after a partial cashout. The 2UP page runs through 31 December 2026. A dynamic multiple-bet uplift starts at 3% for two qualifying legs and advertises up to 1,000%, with minimum odds of 1.20 per leg, market exclusions and an unspecified maximum cap. This is an uplift to potential winnings, not a deposit match. Live Odds Boost applies once to a marked live single, excluding Multiple and System bets; no universal numerical boost is published.
The International Challenge is limited to the app and mobile web. Its two rounds run 22–29 September and 30 September–7 October 2026; each requires separate acceptance in Loyalty before qualifying wagers. Eligible football competitions are AFCON Qualification, UEFA Nations League, CONCACAF Nations League, International Friendly Games and Arabian Gulf Cup. Prematch and live Single, Multiple and System bets require total odds of at least 1.20. Matches must start and finish within the round, and free bets, voids, full or partial cashouts and virtual/SIM bets do not count. The score sums the odds of winning qualifying tickets. Only the top three across all loyalty tiers receive R2,500, R1,000 and R1,000 in Free Bets per round. Credit is due within 72 hours after verification; gifts expire after seven days, require Real Sports odds of at least 1.20 and return only net winnings, excluding the free-bet stake. The page does not specify a timezone. This is a competitive ranking offer, not a reward for every participant; chasing a score adds exposure without guaranteeing a prize.
Casino Cashback now runs through 31 December 2026: eligible real-money game stakes of at least R10 and a net loss can qualify for 10% of the previous day's losses, capped at R1,000 daily in Free Bet Gifts. Credit is due by the following noon and gifts expire after five days. Eligible titles are Sporty Jet, Spin n Score, Street Soccer/Street Football, Slide to Win, Sugar Dash, Goal Frenzy and Safari Riches. Gifts are not cash; only resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Aviator Missions now runs through 10 October: minimum R2 rounds must reach ten 3× wins on Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Sunday, or a cumulative 75× on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, for five R5 rewards. Its public terms do not state the gift-use expiry.
Weekly Crash Challenge runs 14 September–4 October in Monday-to-Sunday SAST rounds. It sums qualifying winning multipliers of at least 2× across nine named crash games; first place receives R2,000 and places 2–100 R100 in gifts, credited within 24 hours and expiring after five days. Freebet Rains runs through 31 December on Hero and Jet: qualifying wagering tiers range from R10 to R50 for R5–R20 gifts, with a cashout above 1.1× required before a random drop. Players must claim before the limited allocation runs out; qualifying stakes do not guarantee a reward. These gifts expire after seven days. Stake & Spin runs through 30 September: R10 cumulative real-money game stakes earn one next-day wheel chance, advertised at up to R50. Its complete prize distribution, probabilities and gift expiry are not published.
Game tournaments, draws and noncash rewards
Sporty Loyalty requires the latest Android or iOS app and ties tiers to monthly and lifetime wagering. Copper starts at R50 monthly and R1,000 lifetime; Titanium requires R250,000 monthly and R3 million lifetime, while Diamond is invitation-only. The table advertises tier-dependent Free Bet Gift rakeback percentages, but does not establish a simple guaranteed refund of that percentage of stakes. Its terms say a football activity determines the final reward and explicitly allow a smaller award or no award. An unspecified high player-return threshold can exclude a customer, upgrade gifts can be claimed only once per tier, and claim deadlines apply. Two consecutive missed monthly targets can cause a downgrade. Increasing spending to chase a tier or potential gift can cost more than the reward; treat neither a displayed potential balance nor a headline percentage as withdrawable cash.
Evolution September Reel Showdown runs from 25 September 00:01 UTC to 10 October 23:59 UTC. Each R50 split equally between eligible Red Tiger slots and Evolution game shows earns a draw entry; the page advertises unlimited entries. Eligible slots are 777 Strike, Cash Volt and Diamond Blitz; game shows are Crazy Time, Ice Fishing and Crazy Coin Flip. Evolution selects 250 winners across participating operators for R2,000 cash each, with no wagering requirement stated for that prize. The R500,000 is a shared pool. Generic one-chance/gift boilerplate conflicts with the specific unlimited-entry/cash wording, so repeated wins should not be assumed.
Pragmatic Missions ends 10 October. Weekday wagering targets of 50 and 500, with minimum qualifying stakes of R0.20 and R0.50, award 10 and 20 spins; the weekend target of 1,000 at a minimum R1 awards 30. The page's table caps the respective groups at 3,500, 1,200 and 1,000 players, while its terms say 3,000, 1,000 and 1,000. These conflicting caps remain unresolved. Milestones are sequential, credit is due within 30 minutes and spins expire after seven days. Eligible games are Diamond Strike, Jelly Express, Starlight Princess Super Scatter, Sugar Rush 1000, Sugar Rush Super Scatter, Sweet Rush Bonanza, Hot to Burn and Joker's Jewels. The qualifying stake does not establish the denomination of an awarded spin.
Gates of Glory runs 9 September–3 October, with at least R1 real-money spins and no opt-in. Wednesday rounds rank the highest individual multiplier and Saturday rounds cumulative winning multipliers. The advertised times are 16:00–23:00 and 13:00–21:00 respectively, without a timezone. First place receives R5,000 cash, ranks 2–3 R2,000, 4–10 R1,000 and 11–25 R500; ranks 26–200 receive tiered awards of 100, 50, 30 or 20 R1 spins. The page states no turnover and asks customers to allow two hours for credit. Only the specified weekly Zeus/Olympus or Dog House games qualify. Its current-week label may be stale; the active tournament and eligible list need checking inside the game.
TaDa Halloween runs from 16 September 05:00 to 4 November 05:00 across 49 daily rounds, with system time controlling and no timezone specified. Accumulated winnings determine rank, with eight listed games awarding double points and ten standard points. Rankings refresh every 15 minutes; earlier bets break ties. The top 360 receive Royal or three-, four- and five-star game cards: first place gets ten Royal cards, second five and third three. Cards are time-limited, tied to their corresponding game and expressly do not guarantee a reward. The advertised R1.588 million pool is not a cash value per card. Reward credit is due within 12 hours; generic seven-day free-spin wording does not establish every card's expiry.
Drops & Wins runs through 3 March 2027. Its daily tournament requires opt-in and counts the first 5,000 spins on the 24 listed titles, adding winning multipliers to the score. The 500 daily cash awards range from R60,000 for first place to R100 for ranks 301–500, totaling R400,000. The separate wheel collects three random pieces for a spin, with no minimum qualifying stake and up to two prizes weekly. Its published distribution includes multipliers from 5× to 100,000× and awards of ten or twenty free spins, but no wheel probabilities, multiplier base or complete redemption conditions. The annual R500 million-plus campaign pool is not an individual prize. The public page does not establish that its cash prizes share another campaign's no-wagering terms.
These offers require the applicable eligible account and games, exclude under-18s and self-excluded customers, and carry duplicate-account, household/device, abuse and amendment or cancellation conditions. Rewards depend on the specific loss, performance, ranking or chance requirement. No campaign was entered, reward claimed or crediting tested.
The casino navigation opened an embedded SportyGames lobby whose game catalogue and RTP values were not extractable in the captured browser view. The homepage advertised content associated with Pragmatic Play, Evolution, BetGames, Hacksaw, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Light&Wonder, Booming, EGT Digital, NetGaming, Spribe and ELK; treat this as operator marketing until each title/provider is checked in the local lobby. Public rules for Sporty Hero and Sporty Kick describe crash-style play: a stake is placed before the round, a multiplier rises, and the player must cash out before the round ends or lose the stake. Some titles allow auto-bet, auto-cashout and two simultaneous bets. Sporty Hero describes an in-game fairness/history control and a “provably fair” RNG, but no independent certification, algorithm, seed procedure or local verification was found. Sporty Kick advertises a display range up to 100,000,000×; that is not an odds distribution or RTP. LaLiga Penalty rules displayed unfilled RTP and maximum-payout placeholders. No game-level numerical RTP or expected-return estimate is claimed.
Lucky Numbers now displays a public catalogue of South African and international draws, including SA Daily Lotto and South African Powerball. Opening the sampled Daily Lotto draw required login before its markets could be read. The catalogue confirms the advertised local product, but not its prices, limits, settlement rules or whether participation buys an official lottery ticket rather than a separate bet. Draw-source countries are not a list of countries whose residents may use this South African edition.
SportyPicks uses ordinary betting odds
The South African mobile AZ Menu links to SportyPicks. On 28 September it displayed Yes/No prices for league and cup winners, including Arsenal at 1.50 Yes and 2.42 No in a Premier League winner market. The linked help describes a stake, potential payout, a normal Single or Multiple betslip and wallet credit after a correct settlement. These observations support a fixed-odds sports-betting format; they do not establish exchange trading, resale, shares or tokens. Some No outcomes were locked. The list did not show an exact season or resolution timestamp, so confirm the full market specification before treating a short question as an unambiguous proposition. No selection or wager was submitted, and no product-specific independent test or separate regulatory approval was established.
A mobile story advertises Sporty Survivor, but its destination and exact local mechanics were not recovered. No product category, entry fee, prize structure or regulatory conclusion is assigned from the name alone.
Apps and customer reports
Registration and official app acquisition
Official help describes registration as entering a mobile number and password, completing the phone OTP step, providing personal information and submitting the form. The observed initial screen used +27; the later steps are documented instructions rather than a completed registration test. Use accurate details and a payment account in the same name. The terms also create a linked SportySocial profile automatically, so registration has a social-profile consequence beyond the betting account.
For Android, the operator directs users through its official app/download page; mobile help describes AZ Menu, then App, then the Android button. Use that page to obtain current installation instructions and the official download destination. The iOS route goes to the South African Apple storefront. This review supplies the operator's download page as the Android channel, not a direct APK file or an unverified mirror. No app was installed or tested during this refresh.
The South African privacy policy describes identity and security checks, marketing opt-out and limited sharing with advertising and analytics partners for ad delivery, measurement and audience targeting. Access, correction and applicable deletion requests go through support. Its deletion section lists a different email from the main support footer, so confirm the appropriate contact before sending personal documents. These are published data-handling statements, not a security audit.
The official South African mobile page links an Android APK, Huawei AppGallery ID 114902855 and Apple product ID 1504038308. Apple identifies Sporty Internet Limited as seller/provider; the South African storefront showed version 1.220.0, 235.7 MB, iOS 15 or later, 18+ and about 4.6/5 from 2,600 ratings at the dated pass. This is the same stable Apple product ID seen in other African storefronts; the South African link does not make the local terms or service universal. A Google Play lookup for the common package returned “Not Found”; that specific lookup does not prove there is no other South African Play listing. Historical research from 25 September recorded an Android package identifier com.sportybet.android and version 1.83.1. Those dated identifiers do not verify the version currently distributed by the official download page. No APK was downloaded, inspected or installed during the 28 September refresh. The Huawei destination showed only a legal/cookie shell, so AppGallery listing identity and availability remain unverified.
South African Apple reviews included praise for market choice and individual withdrawal experiences, including one user's unverified report of receiving R2,500 in about five minutes. The global Trustpilot profile mixes countries; a February 2026 South Africa-tagged reviewer alleged a game-trigger/crediting problem, while other reports are from Nigeria, Ghana and elsewhere. These are self-selected accounts, not verified transaction outcomes or a South Africa-only score. A public professional review updated in September 2026 corroborates public licence/help wording but says hands-on payment testing is pending. No South African funded payout test was established in this research.
Safer gambling and complaints
The local safer-gambling policy describes time-outs from 24 hours to six months, with no early reactivation. Formal self-exclusion uses an application form and involves the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator; the operator describes a minimum six-month period, removal from marketing lists and restrictions on opening replacement accounts. It also says evidence of responsible-gambling assistance or advice is required after the exclusion period. These are published procedures, not a tested exclusion process.
The balance-access wording needs care. One help section says customers can log in during a time-out to withdraw remaining funds; other sections say funds that have not been staked cannot be withdrawn. Formal-exclusion text later says account access ends. Do not wager more to resolve that discrepancy: ask support or the regulator how an existing balance will be returned. The displayed self-exclusion email also differs from its clickable email destination. Confirm the correct recipient through the operator's established support contact before sending an application or identity documents.
The service displays an 18+ notice, links a self-check questionnaire and publishes the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation helpline at 0800 006 008 and WhatsApp “Help” at 076 675 0710. General support is listed at support@sportybet.co.za and 087 250 2234; its help page also labels local live chat as available 24/7. These hours were not tested. Retain bet or transaction references for complaints: the terms direct customers first to the operator, then MER, and identify South African courts. Formal contractual notices must be in English. No support case, exclusion request or regulator complaint was submitted.
