Bonuses & Promotions
One first deposit of at least XAF 500 gives a chance to spin for a Free Bet prize of up to XAF 50,000; the top amount is not guaranteed. The offer is limited to one first deposit/account, and duplicate accounts or customers enrolled in other campaigns may be excluded. Rewards can be used on eligible sports or Sporty Games with odds of at least 1.5; the operator states no more than two rewards per device. The operator reserves rights to change or cancel the offer. No end date was shown in the current promotion listing. The local Terms say over 21, while the footer says 21 or older. Source: https://www.sportybet.co.cm/cm/promotions/content/first_deposit_lucky_wheel?activityId=2026062205473388386
The operator advertises an annual prize pool exceeding XAF 16.5 billion; this is a shared campaign pool, not a promised amount per customer. Collecting three wheel pieces unlocks a guaranteed spin; the page says no minimum bet is required to collect a piece and limits each participant to two prizes per week. Separate daily tournaments require opt-in; the first 5,000 spins per player per day count, and points reflect winnings relative to stake. The campaign advertises 500 cash prizes each day and a daily prize pool above XAF 13 million. Individual wheel prize amounts and the full payout table were not available in the captured page, so no personal payout is stated. The source states 21+ and excludes self-excluded accounts. The official index viewed on 27 September displays an end date of 3 March 2027; an earlier capture showed 2 March. Confirm the current expiry. Source: https://www.sportybet.co.cm/cm/promotions/content/drops_and_wins_2026?activityId=2026032117360832958
The page describes a 10% return on eligible losses from the previous day, capped at XAF 50,000 per day, credited as Free Bet Gifts by noon the following day. Qualification refers to an XAF 500 stake on SportyGames, but a separate line says “All Casino Games on SportyBet” and no complete eligible-game list was visible; the exact qualifying game scope is therefore unresolved. Gifts may be used only on promotional games and are not withdrawable. One person/household/email/mobile/card/IP/device is allowed; duplicate accounts may be disqualified and the operator reserves broad amendment, cancellation and recovery rights. The detailed terms say the daily promotion runs through 31 December 2026; the index card separately displays 1 January 2027. The 31 December date comes from the exact campaign terms. Rating Scorecard
How we rate
Each factor below is scored from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) by our editorial team.
- Licensing & jurisdiction fit
- Scope: score the exact domain/app for the target jurisdiction. Verify the licence in the regulator's public register and confirm that the registered domains include the reviewed domain. Use BetAppStore's maintained, versioned licence-tier list. 1 = No licence, or the relevant licence is revoked or suspended. 2 = A licence is claimed but is expired, cannot be verified, or the validation seal does not resolve to the operator/domain. 3 = A valid Tier-3/offshore licence is verifiable in a public register, but player recourse and market-specific protection are limited. 4 = A valid Tier-1 or Tier-2 licence exists but was not issued for the target market, or a target-market Tier-2 licence applies. 5 = A valid Tier-1 licence explicitly covers the target market, operator and exact reviewed domain/app. Child/local versions are always checked separately for local authorization; a parent licence is not automatically inherited.
- Ownership & track record
- Check the operating company, parent, corporate registry, beneficial ownership, years since launch, regulatory history and supported unresolved confiscation/non-payment cases from the last 24 months. 1 = Operator identity cannot be verified; or the brand is blacklisted; or there is a confirmed mass non-payment event or more than 15 supported unresolved fund cases. 2 = Company is named but not verifiable, ownership is materially opaque/nominee-only, the brand is under 1 year old, or there are 6–15 supported unresolved cases. 3 = Company is registry-verified, owners may be undisclosed, brand has operated 2–4 years, and there is no mass incident; no more than 5 supported unresolved cases. 4 = Company and controlling owners are verifiable, brand has operated 5–7 years, is not blacklisted, and has no more than 2 supported unresolved cases. 5 = Public/audited company or named beneficial owners, 8+ years operating, no material regulator sanction and no supported unresolved fund case in 24 months. A child brand may inherit group ownership, age and group-wide incidents; its own local incidents override inherited history.
- Player funds & game fairness
- Count four safeguards: (A) independent RNG/game audit or a public provably-fair verifier; (B) per-game RTP/rules disclosure; (C) segregated player funds or public proof of reserves; (D) independent ADR plus a supported complaint-resolution rate of at least 80% over 24 months where a meaningful sample exists. 1 = None of the four; or a failed unresolved BetAppStore withdrawal; or a regulator finding for withheld player funds or unfair games. 2 = Exactly 1 safeguard, with no verified non-payment event in the last 24 months. 3 = Exactly 2 safeguards, including A. 4 = Exactly 3 safeguards, including A. 5 = All 4 safeguards are current and independently verifiable. Operator marketing claims do not count as evidence. Official records and instrumented tests override lower-level sources.
- Account security
- Advanced controls are: login alerts, active device/session list, withdrawal-address whitelist, withdrawal lock/delay, and a clearly documented account-recovery process. Score controls available to ordinary users on the reviewed domain/app. 1 = Password-only protection, or a serious confirmed security failure remains unresolved. 2 = No user 2FA, but every withdrawal requires an email or SMS confirmation. 3 = User-controlled 2FA is available, with no additional advanced control. 4 = 2FA plus 1 advanced control. 5 = 2FA plus at least 2 advanced controls; sensitive changes and withdrawals are re-authenticated. HTTPS alone is mandatory baseline security and does not raise the score.
- Responsible gambling
- Count only working account tools: deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, session/time limit, reality check, cooling-off/time-out, self-exclusion, self-assessment, and a target-market help-organization link. 1 = 0 working tools. 2 = 1 working tool. 3 = 2–3 working tools. 4 = 4–5 working tools. 5 = 6 or more working tools, including self-exclusion and at least one money limit. A policy page or marketing claim does not count unless the control is usable from the reviewed account.
- Payout reliability & speed
- Measure request-to-funds-received time using the median of 3 comparable withdrawals on the fastest normally available method. Record method, amount, timestamps, KYC status and failures. Measured results override 'instant payout' advertising. 1 = More than 5 business days; or a failed unresolved test; or a supported pattern of systematic delays/confiscation. Missing verifiable payout evidence also scores 1, not N/A. 2 = More than 48 hours and up to 5 business days, or a fixed pending period above 48 hours. 3 = More than 12 hours and up to 48 hours. 4 = More than 1 hour and up to 12 hours. 5 = 1 hour or less, processed 24/7, with all 3 tests completed and no unexplained reversal or failure.
- Fees, minimums & limits
- Score four applicable subtests separately, then average without intermediate rounding and round the final factor to the nearest whole score: operator fees on main methods; minimum withdrawal; monthly withdrawal cap; maximum sportsbook payout or casino win cap. Convert to EUR at the snapshot date. Mark a genuinely irrelevant subtest N/A. 1 = Fees above 5% or undisclosed; minimum above €100; monthly cap below €5,000; or maximum payout below €25,000. 2 = Main-method fees above 2% to 5%; minimum €51–100; cap €5,000–19,999; or maximum payout €25,000–99,999. 3 = Fees up to 2% or a material dormancy fee; minimum €31–50; cap €20,000–49,999; or maximum payout €100,000–249,999. 4 = No operator fee on main methods; minimum €11–30; cap €50,000–99,999; or maximum payout €250,000–999,999. 5 = No operator fees on any normal method; minimum €10 or less; no monthly cap or cap at least €100,000; and maximum payout at least €1,000,000 or no cap. If subtests land in different bands, use their mean; do not choose only the best condition.
- KYC predictability & privacy
- Measure verification effort, speed, disclosure and secure data handling—not whether KYC exists. Lawful, predictable KYC can score highly. Record requirements disclosed before deposit, accepted documents, triggers, secure upload route and median completion time. 1 = Supported evidence that KYC is used to stall/refuse legitimate payouts; verification exceeds 7 days without cause; documents are handled insecurely; or no meaningful privacy policy exists. 2 = More than 72 hours; repeated or duplicate requests; unexplained source-of-funds checks on withdrawals below €5,000; or broad marketing-partner data sharing. 3 = Required at signup or first withdrawal, completed within 72 hours, with a clear document list and privacy policy. 4 = Required only at a disclosed trigger/first withdrawal, completed within 24 hours, with secure upload and specific rejection reasons. 5 = No mandatory document KYC below a stated cumulative threshold of at least €2,000, OR automated e-ID completes within 15 minutes; triggers and privacy terms are clear and data collection is minimized.
- Payment methods & market fit
- Count only payment categories that users in the target market can use for both deposit and withdrawal: cards; bank/instant banking; e-wallets; domestic methods; crypto; prepaid/vouchers. For crypto-first sites also record supported coins/networks and a fiat on/off-ramp. 1 = Only 1 usable category, or deposit and withdrawal routes are incompatible, or networks/fees are materially undisclosed. 2 = 2 usable categories. 3 = 3 usable categories; for crypto-first sites, 3–4 supported coins with disclosed networks. 4 = 4 usable categories including a leading domestic method in the primary market; for crypto-first sites, 5–7 coins. 5 = At least 5 usable categories including a leading domestic method in every declared target market; for crypto-first sites, 8+ coins plus a usable fiat on/off-ramp. Do not reward a long global list when those methods are unavailable in the reviewed market.
- Customer support & dispute resolution
- Run 3 timed tests using standard questions about KYC, withdrawals, settlement, complaints and self-exclusion. Compare answers with written terms. Record hours, language, first-response time, accuracy, complaint escalation and independent ADR/regulator access. 1 = No working support channel, median response exceeds 24 hours, or no public complaint route. 2 = Email/ticket only, answered within 24 hours, with a basic complaint route. 3 = Working live chat with limited hours or median response within 15 minutes, plus documented escalation. 4 = 24/7 live chat in the primary-market language, median response within 5 minutes, accurate answers and a formal complaint process. 5 = 24/7 target-language live chat, median response within 2 minutes, accurate answers, written escalation and an independent ADR/regulator route. A support agent's statement never overrides current written terms.
- Mobile usability & accessibility
- Count seven passed checks: (A) registration, deposit, KYC, play/bet and withdrawal all work on mobile; (B) mobile LCP is 2.5s or less; (C) every offered product is reachable within 3 taps; (D) search/filtering works; (E) no blocking pop-ups; (F) Lighthouse accessibility is 80+; (G) no critical bug in a 60-minute scripted session. 1 = 0–1 checks, or any core flow in A is broken. 2 = 2–3 checks. 3 = 4–5 checks. 4 = 6 checks, with all core flows in A working. 5 = All 7 checks. Native iOS/Android, PWA and responsive web are treated equally when functionality, stability and accessibility are equal. App-store ratings are supporting evidence, not a substitute for testing.
- Localization & market relevance
- Count six target-market checks: (A) complete UI in target language; (B) wallet in target currency or clear conversion; (C) 2+ domestic payment methods; (D) target-language support at least 12 hours/day; (E) leading domestic sports/leagues or relevant local content; (F) local licence or market-specific terms/promotions. 1 = 0 checks. 2 = 1–2 checks. 3 = 3–4 checks. 4 = 5 checks. 5 = All 6 checks. For an English-language target market, A is automatically met. A lawful single-country operator is not penalized for lacking global reach; country count and restricted-country count are metadata, not quality points.
- Bonus & promotion fairness
- Where promotions are offered, count five fair-value conditions: (A) sportsbook wagering 5x or less on deposit+bonus, or casino wagering 35x or less on bonus; (B) at least 30 days to complete; (C) maximum bonus bet at least €5; (D) no cap on legitimate withdrawable winnings; (E) 5+ recurring offers or a transparent loyalty program. Terms must be linked from the offer. 1 = Predatory term: wagering above 60x, deposit locked to bonus, hidden material terms, retroactive changes, or undefined 'irregular play' used to confiscate winnings. 2 = Only 1 fair-value condition, or material terms are unclear. 3 = 2–3 fair-value conditions. 4 = 4 fair-value conditions. 5 = All 5 fair-value conditions and no predatory clause. N/A = Bonuses are prohibited in the target market or genuinely not offered. Leave unscored; absence alone is not a quality failure.
- Primary product value & pricing
- Score the declared primary product only and use the same snapshot time across peers in the same target market. Sportsbook: median pre-match overround on at least 20 comparable top-league events (5=≤4%; 4=>4–6%; 3=>6–8%; 2=>8–11%; 1=>11%). Esports: 10+ tier-1 match-winner markets (5=≤4%; 4=>4–5.5%; 3=>5.5–7%; 2=>7–9%; 1=>9%). Exchange: commission-adjusted effective odds. Poker: rake/cap minus effective rewards. Casino/custom: published RTP, house edge, commission or fees versus provider defaults and same-market peers. For products without the absolute bands above, convert the measured value to a same-market, same-product peer percentile: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, materially worse than peers, or pricing is undisclosed/unverifiable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Use the worse applicable outcome where a published price conflicts with instrumented measurement.
- Primary product depth & liquidity
- Score the declared primary product against operators serving the same target market. Use a fixed snapshot protocol. Sportsbook: covered events/sports/leagues and markets per sampled event. Casino: playable, non-duplicate games, identifiable providers and live tables. Poker: median concurrent players/tables/tournaments at fixed weekday/weekend peak and off-peak times, plus variants/formats. Esports: titles, tournaments and markets per tier-1 match. Custom: usable inventory, prize pools, events or liquidity. Average the applicable depth measures first, then convert the result to the peer distribution: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, or the product is listed but materially unusable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Local specialists are compared with the same market/product peer group, not with global all-in-one operators. Shared poker-network liquidity must be disclosed and must not be presented as exclusive to one skin.
- Primary product integrity & features
- Choose the five tests for the declared primary product. Sportsbook: accurate settlement, cash-out, partial cash-out, bet builder, stats/streaming/live tracker. Casino: independent audit/provably fair, RTP shown, providers identifiable, strong search/filters, useful tournaments/jackpots/demo/originals. Poker: anti-bot/collusion controls, published rake, hand histories/HUD policy, stable mobile software, security and table tools. Esports: clear settlement rules, roster/map/walkover handling, stats/streams, live tools, accurate settlement. Custom: clear rules, verifiable fairness, disclosed limits, reliable settlement and stable full-featured UI. A test passes only when it works on the reviewed domain/app; marketing claims do not count. 1 = 0–1 of the 5 tests pass, or a critical integrity failure is confirmed. 2 = 2 tests pass. 3 = 3 tests pass. 4 = 4 tests pass. 5 = All 5 tests pass and no material integrity warning applies.
- Secondary products & useful features
- Apply the three primary-product factors—value/pricing, depth/liquidity, and integrity/features—to every offered non-primary product. Average those three scores for each product, then average all secondary-product module scores without intermediate rounding. Products not offered are N/A, not zero. 1 = Final secondary-module average below 1.5, or any listed secondary product is materially unusable. 2 = Average 1.5–2.49. 3 = Average 2.5–3.49. 4 = Average 3.5–4.49. 5 = Average at least 4.5, with no offered secondary product below 3. N/A = The site is a genuine single-product specialist with no secondary product. Product count alone, popularity, advertising, awards and vague 'industry leader' claims never earn points; measurable quality does.
SportyBet's Cameroon service
SportyBet presents a Cameroon-specific service at sportybet.co.cm/cm, with XAF in its public betslip and a +237 registration entry. The site offers English and French navigation. Its Terms say applicants must be over 21 to register or bet. The Privacy Policy says the service is intended for people resident in and physically located in Cameroon. The captured Terms separately warn that gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions, put responsibility on the customer to check local law and reserve rights to restrict jurisdictions, but do not repeat that specific Cameroon residence/presence wording in their eligibility clauses. These are operator statements, not a regulator's eligibility confirmation.
The Cameroon footer calls the operator “SportyBet Cameroon” and declares MINAT licence No. 0000059 dated 12 July 2024. Public searches did not recover a current regulator register row or award document matching that number to a named legal company, expiry date and this domain. Treat the number as the operator's claim rather than independently verified authorization. Do not replace it with another country's SportyBet licence.
Accounts, payment guidance and limits
On the official Cameroon site, select Register to open the public signup form. The dialog inspected on 27 September asks for a +237 mobile number and a password, followed by Create New Account. Its notice says creating an account accepts the Terms and confirms the applicant is at least 21; the Terms use the stricter wording “over 21.” Read the current eligibility terms before proceeding. No data was entered and the form was not submitted, so any later SMS code, verification screen or approval step remains unverified. The Terms permit one account per customer and allow identity, credit or address checks; an account or withdrawal may be restricted until checks are satisfactory. Deposits must use the registered mobile number, and a changed number requires support.
SportyBet's Cameroon Help says MTN and Orange Mobile Money are accepted. It publishes XAF 100–500,000 deposits and XAF 10–500,000 withdrawals, says the operator charges no fee and describes normal processing as immediate; pending withdrawals may require manual review for up to three working days. These are help-page statements, not transaction results. The Terms say withdrawals go to the registered mobile number, permit a reasonable cost deduction when a deposit has not been fully wagered, and do not name a provider, cap or processing time. Another FAQ instead refers to a “Bank account” and gives different payout limits. Because the operator's documents conflict, verify the current cashier and terms before relying on a rail, fee, limit or timing claim.
The exact Terms Appendix Two lists a minimum bet of XAF 5, maximum winnings of XAF 3,000,000 per bet and maximum potential winnings of XAF 30,000,000 per customer in any 24-hour period, with aggregation provisions for similar selections. The official FAQ and other Help text give different or placeholder payout caps. Those figures are therefore disclosed as conflicting operator-published limits; the Terms figures are not a verified assurance that a particular bet will be accepted or paid.
Sports, live betting and Bet Builder
Public Cameroon pages showed football, basketball, tennis and table tennis alongside volleyball, handball, hockey, rugby, cricket, darts, badminton, baseball, American football and MMA, plus esports and simulated events. A dated dynamic sports page displayed broad competition lists and additional-market indicators on football, basketball and tennis fixtures. These public catalogue samples can change and do not establish every market's availability to a particular account.
A paired public snapshot on 27 September compared the same five football fixtures displayed by SportyBet Cameroon and betPawa Cameroon. The median theoretical 1X2 overround was 6.08% on SportyBet and 6.06% on betPawa. This small sample from ordinary browser routes gives limited local price context; it is not a 20-event rating sample, account test, completed-bet result or proof of a sustained pricing advantage.
A live-page observation showed actual football match state, 1X2, totals, handicap, rest-of-match, team totals, goal milestones, minute-window and combined markets, plus tracker/statistics views. Market counts and prices changed during reloads; that observation is not a controlled odds comparison or latency test. A Cashout tab appeared, but no ticket was placed or cashed out. No stream player was visible in the inspected state, which does not prove that the service never streams. The operator's rules say in-play bets are delayed and may be voided if submitted after an outcome is known or where a material advantage exists; stale or unvalidated live data can also affect settlement.
The football-only Bet Builder allows up to eight selections in one match, recalculates combined odds and requires all selections to win. Its Help says it is unavailable for live betting and cashout, and certain void or unselected-player outcomes void the ticket. Availability is not guaranteed for every event or market. The operator also reserves rights to suspend markets, adjust stakes and restrict accounts; its Terms state that its transaction log is authoritative for bet disputes and set a 30-day complaint deadline.
Promotions and special games
The inspected campaign pages included a first-deposit lucky wheel offering a chance at up to XAF 50,000 in free bets after a deposit of at least XAF 500; the top amount is not guaranteed. The official promotion index checked on 27 September displays Daily Rains from 2 July to 30 September 2026, Aviator Missions from 17 April to 30 September 2026, and Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins through 3 March 2027. Crazy Cashback has an index end date of 1 January 2027, while its detailed terms say 31 December 2026 and still conflict on eligible games. Earlier captures showed different calendar cutoffs for some campaigns; confirm the offer's current expiry before qualifying. The index also listed selected Live Odds Boosts, One Cut, Flexi and 2UP. Free-bet gifts may be nontransferable and nonwithdrawable, and eligibility can exclude self-excluded or duplicate accounts. Check the exact campaign terms and end dates; do not treat a prize pool or chance-based reward as guaranteed cash.
Some games work differently from ordinary sports bets. In Rush, the player sets a target multiplier before staking; the operator's rules say the stake multiplied by that target is returned if the generated final coefficient reaches it. The displayed winning chance is described as approximate and RTP-based, but the rules give no numeric RTP or probability formula. Sporty Kick and Ping Pong instead show a rising multiplier that the player must cash out before the crash or rally ends; otherwise the stake is lost. Each allows up to two bets at a time, and both describe automatic repeat betting and automatic cash-out. Ping Pong also points to a round-history fairness check that the operator calls “provably fair,” but no independent certification or public method was established. The rules say free-bet gifts cannot be combined with a real-money stake and that One-Tap Bet removes confirmation prompts. They do not disclose numeric game limits in the pages reviewed. The exact Instant Virtuals route showed an unavailable notice in the 27 September public-source check; earlier operator Help described ten computer-generated football matches per round, a skip-to-result option and an AI/RNG mix, but current playability was not confirmed.
Sporty Soccer presents ten target-flick rounds with an option to challenge or cash out after success. A missed shot loses the current stake/session winnings; the operator says random UFO/lightning events cause a miss on 10% of shots on average. The published help does not resolve the exact amount payable at earlier rounds, the full probability model, skill-versus-chance treatment or independent testing. Local roulette help describes 13 pockets and example payouts but does not make clear whether its listed multiples include the stake. Do not derive a numeric RTP or house edge from those descriptions.
Casino fairness and payout disputes
Most inspected Cameroon game rules did not publish RTP, complete paytables, game-level stake/payout limits, provider or independent certification. The regular Spin Da’ Bottle rules describe UP/DOWN picks, a 2x winning turn and a losing middle result, but publish no RTP. A separate Cameroon configuration, Spin Da’ Bottle — Special Theme, states “RTP 97% calculated over 100,000 simulation.” This is an operator-published simulation claim; the page gives no method or independent certification, and the value must not be applied to the regular configuration or other editions. One roulette rules page contained template placeholders, so its currency and limit values are unusable. Treat casino fairness as unverified where numeric and technical evidence is absent; do not infer a game's mathematics from its name, lobby position or another country's version.
The responsible-gambling page offers self-exclusion, but conflicts on whether a customer can withdraw an unplayed balance while excluded. The Terms also reserve broad rights to void or correct certain bets and say the operator's log controls bet disputes. These provisions are operator statements and have not been tested in an account or independently adjudicated.
Apps and customer evidence
The official Cameroon app download page, checked on 27 September, advertises its Android app for Android 7.0 or later. Open that page in your phone browser and use its Download Android for Free button; the desktop page also offers a QR code for opening the download route on a phone. These are the operator's published acquisition options. The page does not provide a complete installation walkthrough, and we did not download, install or launch the app in this check. Subsequent device prompts and Cameroon account routing remain unverified. Current Cameroon Google Play and Apple App Store availability was not established; do not treat another country's store link as a verified Cameroon download. Use the official page for the current distribution route.
A French-language Cameroon affiliate review claims real-money tests and reports MTN/Orange, a 15-minute-to-24-hour withdrawal range and a 170% accumulator boost, but its “official” CTA redirects through a GGBet referral to ggbetconnect.com, not SportyBet. The page also conflicts with the official 21+ age rule, asserts an iOS app not verified in the official Cameroon storefront checks, and contradicts itself about streaming. Exclude its score, bonus, app and transaction claims from this review. A global PissedConsumer page for sportybet.com shows three Buea-tagged reports about a locked mobile number or account access: one dated 27 May 2026 has no resolution shown, while two dated 1–2 September later display user-reported resolutions. A Douala-tagged report dated 11 September says the writer could not access an account or withdraw funds, with no resolution shown at capture. PissedConsumer's “Verified Reviewer” label concerns contact information, not independent validation of an account or payment event. These small, self-reported signals are not adjudicated or representative, and they do not identify the exact .co.cm service, local payment rail or transaction record. Global review scores mix countries and should not be used as Cameroon scores.
Safer gambling and complaints
The local Responsible Gaming Help describes self-exclusion for a chosen period, identity checks, age controls and live chat/email support. It says an exclusion cannot be reversed before expiry and customers should not open another account during it. That page gives conflicting statements about withdrawing unplayed funds while excluded, so confirm the exact balance treatment with the operator before relying on it. The page links GambleAlert but gives a Nigerian phone number; no Cameroon-specific independent helpline was verified.
The Cameroon Privacy Policy says SportyBet may use registration and account information for service, regulatory, security and marketing purposes, and may share limited information with service, analytics and advertising partners. It gives access, correction and (where applicable) deletion routes, and lists compliance@sportybet.com as the data-protection contact. The page also discloses an AI assistant for general inquiries, says its answers may be incomplete or nonbinding, and directs account-specific issues to human support. These are the operator's policy disclosures; the page does not identify the legal Cameroon contracting entity or explain the technical data-transfer and retention architecture in detail.
Keep bet and transaction references and contact the Cameroon support channel shown on the local site if an issue occurs. Terms set a 30-day period for bet-acceptance or settlement complaints, then describe referral to an arbiter and Cameroon law/courts. No representative complaint-outcome data or support-response test was established.
