Available Products
Observed football samples reached 61–82+ pre-match markets; the Kenya sport rules set a KES 20 minimum and KES 4m per-bet payout ceiling.
The sampled live menu included eSoccer and eIce hockey; match availability and odds change with the schedule.
Kenya rules give category-level limits, but the logged-out lobby did not expose a current playable title or individual RTP.
Fasta and crash rules name several multiplier games and title-dependent caps, but individual probabilities and RTP remain undisclosed in the opened pages.
One observed half-time football event exposed score, statistics and several grouped markets; Cash Out is conditional in the published rules, not tested on that ticket.
Published slots limits start at KES 10; game-level RTP, provider and volatility were not verified.
Kenya casino rules set a KES 10 live-game minimum and KES 5m daily-win cap; a current live-dealer title was not opened.
The Kenya navigation showed virtual sports; public game outcomes and settlement were not tested.

Licenses
The Kenya edition offers sport, in-play markets and games through Shop and Deliver Limited. Check local licence dates, mobile-money limits and bonus terms before using it.
- Shop and Deliver Limited names Kenya licence numbers BK-0001117 and PG-0001113; GRA lists them for 2025/26, with later renewal unconfirmed.
- M-PESA and Airtel Money are documented local funding routes; withdrawals start at KES 50, with different channel and time-of-day caps.
- The observed live event had multiple market groups; no bet, casino game, Cash Out or withdrawal was executed.
Popular In
Pros
- Exact Kenya rules publish sports stake, payout and mobile-money withdrawal thresholds in useful detail.
- The live event view exposed football statistics, goals, cards, corners, combo and player market groups.
- Official Android and iOS destinations have stable Kenya-linked store identities.
Cons
- Cashia withdrawals carry a stated 5% provider deduction; other mobile-network charges may apply.
- The public casino lobby did not render individual games, so deployed-game RTP and reliability remain unverified.
- The 2025/26 register row does not by itself prove a fresh 2026/27 licence grant.

Rating Scorecard
How we rate
Each factor below is scored from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) by our editorial team.
- Licensing & jurisdiction fit
- Scope: score the exact domain/app for the target jurisdiction. Verify the licence in the regulator's public register and confirm that the registered domains include the reviewed domain. Use BetAppStore's maintained, versioned licence-tier list. 1 = No licence, or the relevant licence is revoked or suspended. 2 = A licence is claimed but is expired, cannot be verified, or the validation seal does not resolve to the operator/domain. 3 = A valid Tier-3/offshore licence is verifiable in a public register, but player recourse and market-specific protection are limited. 4 = A valid Tier-1 or Tier-2 licence exists but was not issued for the target market, or a target-market Tier-2 licence applies. 5 = A valid Tier-1 licence explicitly covers the target market, operator and exact reviewed domain/app. Child/local versions are always checked separately for local authorization; a parent licence is not automatically inherited.
- Ownership & track record
- Check the operating company, parent, corporate registry, beneficial ownership, years since launch, regulatory history and supported unresolved confiscation/non-payment cases from the last 24 months. 1 = Operator identity cannot be verified; or the brand is blacklisted; or there is a confirmed mass non-payment event or more than 15 supported unresolved fund cases. 2 = Company is named but not verifiable, ownership is materially opaque/nominee-only, the brand is under 1 year old, or there are 6–15 supported unresolved cases. 3 = Company is registry-verified, owners may be undisclosed, brand has operated 2–4 years, and there is no mass incident; no more than 5 supported unresolved cases. 4 = Company and controlling owners are verifiable, brand has operated 5–7 years, is not blacklisted, and has no more than 2 supported unresolved cases. 5 = Public/audited company or named beneficial owners, 8+ years operating, no material regulator sanction and no supported unresolved fund case in 24 months. A child brand may inherit group ownership, age and group-wide incidents; its own local incidents override inherited history.
- Player funds & game fairness
- Count four safeguards: (A) independent RNG/game audit or a public provably-fair verifier; (B) per-game RTP/rules disclosure; (C) segregated player funds or public proof of reserves; (D) independent ADR plus a supported complaint-resolution rate of at least 80% over 24 months where a meaningful sample exists. 1 = None of the four; or a failed unresolved BetAppStore withdrawal; or a regulator finding for withheld player funds or unfair games. 2 = Exactly 1 safeguard, with no verified non-payment event in the last 24 months. 3 = Exactly 2 safeguards, including A. 4 = Exactly 3 safeguards, including A. 5 = All 4 safeguards are current and independently verifiable. Operator marketing claims do not count as evidence. Official records and instrumented tests override lower-level sources.
- Account security
- Advanced controls are: login alerts, active device/session list, withdrawal-address whitelist, withdrawal lock/delay, and a clearly documented account-recovery process. Score controls available to ordinary users on the reviewed domain/app. 1 = Password-only protection, or a serious confirmed security failure remains unresolved. 2 = No user 2FA, but every withdrawal requires an email or SMS confirmation. 3 = User-controlled 2FA is available, with no additional advanced control. 4 = 2FA plus 1 advanced control. 5 = 2FA plus at least 2 advanced controls; sensitive changes and withdrawals are re-authenticated. HTTPS alone is mandatory baseline security and does not raise the score.
- Responsible gambling
- Count only working account tools: deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, session/time limit, reality check, cooling-off/time-out, self-exclusion, self-assessment, and a target-market help-organization link. 1 = 0 working tools. 2 = 1 working tool. 3 = 2–3 working tools. 4 = 4–5 working tools. 5 = 6 or more working tools, including self-exclusion and at least one money limit. A policy page or marketing claim does not count unless the control is usable from the reviewed account.
- Payout reliability & speed
- Measure request-to-funds-received time using the median of 3 comparable withdrawals on the fastest normally available method. Record method, amount, timestamps, KYC status and failures. Measured results override 'instant payout' advertising. 1 = More than 5 business days; or a failed unresolved test; or a supported pattern of systematic delays/confiscation. Missing verifiable payout evidence also scores 1, not N/A. 2 = More than 48 hours and up to 5 business days, or a fixed pending period above 48 hours. 3 = More than 12 hours and up to 48 hours. 4 = More than 1 hour and up to 12 hours. 5 = 1 hour or less, processed 24/7, with all 3 tests completed and no unexplained reversal or failure.
- Fees, minimums & limits
- Score four applicable subtests separately, then average without intermediate rounding and round the final factor to the nearest whole score: operator fees on main methods; minimum withdrawal; monthly withdrawal cap; maximum sportsbook payout or casino win cap. Convert to EUR at the snapshot date. Mark a genuinely irrelevant subtest N/A. 1 = Fees above 5% or undisclosed; minimum above €100; monthly cap below €5,000; or maximum payout below €25,000. 2 = Main-method fees above 2% to 5%; minimum €51–100; cap €5,000–19,999; or maximum payout €25,000–99,999. 3 = Fees up to 2% or a material dormancy fee; minimum €31–50; cap €20,000–49,999; or maximum payout €100,000–249,999. 4 = No operator fee on main methods; minimum €11–30; cap €50,000–99,999; or maximum payout €250,000–999,999. 5 = No operator fees on any normal method; minimum €10 or less; no monthly cap or cap at least €100,000; and maximum payout at least €1,000,000 or no cap. If subtests land in different bands, use their mean; do not choose only the best condition.
- KYC predictability & privacy
- Measure verification effort, speed, disclosure and secure data handling—not whether KYC exists. Lawful, predictable KYC can score highly. Record requirements disclosed before deposit, accepted documents, triggers, secure upload route and median completion time. 1 = Supported evidence that KYC is used to stall/refuse legitimate payouts; verification exceeds 7 days without cause; documents are handled insecurely; or no meaningful privacy policy exists. 2 = More than 72 hours; repeated or duplicate requests; unexplained source-of-funds checks on withdrawals below €5,000; or broad marketing-partner data sharing. 3 = Required at signup or first withdrawal, completed within 72 hours, with a clear document list and privacy policy. 4 = Required only at a disclosed trigger/first withdrawal, completed within 24 hours, with secure upload and specific rejection reasons. 5 = No mandatory document KYC below a stated cumulative threshold of at least €2,000, OR automated e-ID completes within 15 minutes; triggers and privacy terms are clear and data collection is minimized.
- Payment methods & market fit
- Count only payment categories that users in the target market can use for both deposit and withdrawal: cards; bank/instant banking; e-wallets; domestic methods; crypto; prepaid/vouchers. For crypto-first sites also record supported coins/networks and a fiat on/off-ramp. 1 = Only 1 usable category, or deposit and withdrawal routes are incompatible, or networks/fees are materially undisclosed. 2 = 2 usable categories. 3 = 3 usable categories; for crypto-first sites, 3–4 supported coins with disclosed networks. 4 = 4 usable categories including a leading domestic method in the primary market; for crypto-first sites, 5–7 coins. 5 = At least 5 usable categories including a leading domestic method in every declared target market; for crypto-first sites, 8+ coins plus a usable fiat on/off-ramp. Do not reward a long global list when those methods are unavailable in the reviewed market.
- Customer support & dispute resolution
- Run 3 timed tests using standard questions about KYC, withdrawals, settlement, complaints and self-exclusion. Compare answers with written terms. Record hours, language, first-response time, accuracy, complaint escalation and independent ADR/regulator access. 1 = No working support channel, median response exceeds 24 hours, or no public complaint route. 2 = Email/ticket only, answered within 24 hours, with a basic complaint route. 3 = Working live chat with limited hours or median response within 15 minutes, plus documented escalation. 4 = 24/7 live chat in the primary-market language, median response within 5 minutes, accurate answers and a formal complaint process. 5 = 24/7 target-language live chat, median response within 2 minutes, accurate answers, written escalation and an independent ADR/regulator route. A support agent's statement never overrides current written terms.
- Mobile usability & accessibility
- Count seven passed checks: (A) registration, deposit, KYC, play/bet and withdrawal all work on mobile; (B) mobile LCP is 2.5s or less; (C) every offered product is reachable within 3 taps; (D) search/filtering works; (E) no blocking pop-ups; (F) Lighthouse accessibility is 80+; (G) no critical bug in a 60-minute scripted session. 1 = 0–1 checks, or any core flow in A is broken. 2 = 2–3 checks. 3 = 4–5 checks. 4 = 6 checks, with all core flows in A working. 5 = All 7 checks. Native iOS/Android, PWA and responsive web are treated equally when functionality, stability and accessibility are equal. App-store ratings are supporting evidence, not a substitute for testing.
- Localization & market relevance
- Count six target-market checks: (A) complete UI in target language; (B) wallet in target currency or clear conversion; (C) 2+ domestic payment methods; (D) target-language support at least 12 hours/day; (E) leading domestic sports/leagues or relevant local content; (F) local licence or market-specific terms/promotions. 1 = 0 checks. 2 = 1–2 checks. 3 = 3–4 checks. 4 = 5 checks. 5 = All 6 checks. For an English-language target market, A is automatically met. A lawful single-country operator is not penalized for lacking global reach; country count and restricted-country count are metadata, not quality points.
- Bonus & promotion fairness
- Where promotions are offered, count five fair-value conditions: (A) sportsbook wagering 5x or less on deposit+bonus, or casino wagering 35x or less on bonus; (B) at least 30 days to complete; (C) maximum bonus bet at least €5; (D) no cap on legitimate withdrawable winnings; (E) 5+ recurring offers or a transparent loyalty program. Terms must be linked from the offer. 1 = Predatory term: wagering above 60x, deposit locked to bonus, hidden material terms, retroactive changes, or undefined 'irregular play' used to confiscate winnings. 2 = Only 1 fair-value condition, or material terms are unclear. 3 = 2–3 fair-value conditions. 4 = 4 fair-value conditions. 5 = All 5 fair-value conditions and no predatory clause. N/A = Bonuses are prohibited in the target market or genuinely not offered. Leave unscored; absence alone is not a quality failure.
- Primary product value & pricing
- Score the declared primary product only and use the same snapshot time across peers in the same target market. Sportsbook: median pre-match overround on at least 20 comparable top-league events (5=≤4%; 4=>4–6%; 3=>6–8%; 2=>8–11%; 1=>11%). Esports: 10+ tier-1 match-winner markets (5=≤4%; 4=>4–5.5%; 3=>5.5–7%; 2=>7–9%; 1=>9%). Exchange: commission-adjusted effective odds. Poker: rake/cap minus effective rewards. Casino/custom: published RTP, house edge, commission or fees versus provider defaults and same-market peers. For products without the absolute bands above, convert the measured value to a same-market, same-product peer percentile: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, materially worse than peers, or pricing is undisclosed/unverifiable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Use the worse applicable outcome where a published price conflicts with instrumented measurement.
- Primary product depth & liquidity
- Score the declared primary product against operators serving the same target market. Use a fixed snapshot protocol. Sportsbook: covered events/sports/leagues and markets per sampled event. Casino: playable, non-duplicate games, identifiable providers and live tables. Poker: median concurrent players/tables/tournaments at fixed weekday/weekend peak and off-peak times, plus variants/formats. Esports: titles, tournaments and markets per tier-1 match. Custom: usable inventory, prize pools, events or liquidity. Average the applicable depth measures first, then convert the result to the peer distribution: 1 = Below the 15th percentile, or the product is listed but materially unusable. 2 = 15th–39.99th percentile. 3 = 40th–69.99th percentile. 4 = 70th–89.99th percentile. 5 = 90th percentile or higher. Local specialists are compared with the same market/product peer group, not with global all-in-one operators. Shared poker-network liquidity must be disclosed and must not be presented as exclusive to one skin.
- Primary product integrity & features
- Choose the five tests for the declared primary product. Sportsbook: accurate settlement, cash-out, partial cash-out, bet builder, stats/streaming/live tracker. Casino: independent audit/provably fair, RTP shown, providers identifiable, strong search/filters, useful tournaments/jackpots/demo/originals. Poker: anti-bot/collusion controls, published rake, hand histories/HUD policy, stable mobile software, security and table tools. Esports: clear settlement rules, roster/map/walkover handling, stats/streams, live tools, accurate settlement. Custom: clear rules, verifiable fairness, disclosed limits, reliable settlement and stable full-featured UI. A test passes only when it works on the reviewed domain/app; marketing claims do not count. 1 = 0–1 of the 5 tests pass, or a critical integrity failure is confirmed. 2 = 2 tests pass. 3 = 3 tests pass. 4 = 4 tests pass. 5 = All 5 tests pass and no material integrity warning applies.
- Secondary products & useful features
- Apply the three primary-product factors—value/pricing, depth/liquidity, and integrity/features—to every offered non-primary product. Average those three scores for each product, then average all secondary-product module scores without intermediate rounding. Products not offered are N/A, not zero. 1 = Final secondary-module average below 1.5, or any listed secondary product is materially unusable. 2 = Average 1.5–2.49. 3 = Average 2.5–3.49. 4 = Average 3.5–4.49. 5 = Average at least 4.5, with no offered secondary product below 3. N/A = The site is a genuine single-product specialist with no secondary product. Product count alone, popularity, advertising, awards and vague 'industry leader' claims never earn points; measurable quality does.
Betika Kenya is the Kenyan sports and gaming service operated by Shop and Deliver Limited at betika.com/en-ke. Its account and money rules are local to Kenya; similarly branded pages for Ghana, Uganda and other markets can have different operators or terms. This directory treats every other country as outside the scope of this Kenya child; the opened Kenya terms do not enumerate those countries as prohibited. The public site offered pre-match and live betting, jackpots, casino, crash and Betika Fasta routes during our 25 and 29 September 2026 checks. We inspected logged-out pages and published rules, not a completed registration, wager or withdrawal.
Who runs the Kenya edition, and what does its licence establish?
The current Kenya terms identify Shop and Deliver Limited, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Kenya (GRAK, formerly BCLB), Kenya law and an 18-year minimum. The footer gives bookmaker number BK-0001117 and public-gaming number PG-0001113. GRA's licensed-operator table names Shop & Deliver / Betika with those numbers and “Renewal” status for its stated 2025/26 trading period. The page retains stale generic text and does not confirm a separate 2026/27 grant or the result of the statutory transition. These are evidenced licence identifiers, with current renewal status still to verify; a page that loads is not proof of a completed lawful transaction.
Kenya's public registration form asks for a mobile number, password, confirmation and agreement to the terms, privacy policy and age condition. An SMS code follows. “Already have a registration code?” refers to that verification step, not a promotional code. The terms allow identity and source-of-funds checks including documents and financial records. We did not submit a phone number or attempt account verification.
How useful is the sportsbook and live view?
The 25 September pre-match sample covered football, basketball, tennis and table tennis. Football examples included Italy–Belgium at 2.30/3.60/3.05 with 82-plus listed markets, Turkey–France at 7.80/6.00/1.35 with 82-plus, and Algeria–Zambia at 1.20/5.80/14.00 with 61-plus. Tennis and table-tennis listings showed smaller per-match counts, while the basketball screen used a three-outcome layout that should be read with its market-specific rules. These were dated snapshots, not persistent promises about price or inventory.
The live lobby showed roughly 134 changing events across football, Zoom soccer, cricket, tennis, table tennis and other sports. At half-time in Thimphu FC–Tensung FC (1–0), the Kenya page listed 1X2 at 1.10/6.00/22.00 and a four-plus lobby-market label. Its detail view revealed more than that label suggested: score and statistics panels, goals, cards, corners, combinations and player groups, including second-goalscorer, total-goals and both-teams-to-score prices. A close-time SportyBet Kenya view had the same score but different odds and lobby count; one event is not a systematic margin or speed comparison. We did not see a stream, Cash Out or Bet Builder control on that event. Betika's Cash Out rules nevertheless describe selected pre-match and live singles/multiples, with request delays and possible rejection after price changes or market suspension. Availability on a ticket is conditional.
What are the stake, payout and game limits?
Published sports rules set a KES 20 minimum for single and multiple bets, a KES 500,000 pre-match maximum and a KES 300,000 live maximum. The Mid-Week Jackpot uses a fixed KES 20 stake. A separate payout rule caps paid sportsbook winnings at KES 4 million per bet and KES 8 million cumulatively per day; it says excess winnings are void and the stake returned. These are sportsbook rules, not a universal limit for every game.
The Kenya casino terms set different category limits: slots start at KES 10 and have a KES 20,000 maximum stake and KES 7.5 million daily-win cap; live games show KES 10 / KES 500,000 / KES 5 million; table games KES 10 / KES 2,000 / KES 5 million; bingo and keno KES 10 / KES 2,000 / KES 2.5 million. Individual game rules may differ. The logged-out casino lobby did not render game tiles in our retries, so we cannot identify a current playable title's RTP, provider, volatility or certified outcome process from that screen.
Betika Fasta deserves separate scrutiny from ordinary casino labels. Its Kenya rules describe multiplier play around obstacles or above/below outcomes and name Jungle Gems, Soccer Mania, Monkey Bizniz, Bambuka, Panda Ngazi, Magic Numbers, Peperuka and Plinko. The family has title-dependent KES 1–5 minimum stakes and a KES 1.5 million single-bet and daily winnings ceiling. The crash rules give title-dependent KES 1–10 minimum stakes and varying maximums, then defer mechanics to in-game help. Neither general page discloses each title's outcome probabilities or RTP, provider, custody and settlement process or independent audit. A menu and general rules show an offered product family, not an independent fairness test; no game was played.
Which app belongs to this service?
The Kenya website's Android acquisition link leads to official Google Play package com.app.betika.android, listed under Betika.com / Shop and Deliver Limited. The Kenya Apple listing uses stable product ID 1452270250. The observed Play listing showed 5 million-plus downloads and a 4.0 rating from about 20,300 reviews; Apple showed 3.3 from 291 ratings. Ratings change and reflect voluntary reviewers, not a controlled service test. Use the exact official store links for this edition. A shared logo or localized title alone cannot establish that another country's app has the same account destination. We did not download an APK or verify an authenticated in-app cashier.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
The Kenya deposit guide describes M-PESA Paybill 290290 with the Betika account number and Airtel Money business/reference BETIKA. It does not publish a universal deposit minimum, maximum or processing guarantee. The withdrawal rules offer an online-profile request, SMS WITHDRAW#AMOUNT to 29090 for Safaricom or Airtel, and Safaricom USSD *644#. Each listed rail has a KES 50 minimum. M-PESA allows at most KES 30,000 cumulatively from midnight to 06:00, then KES 70,000 per transaction and KES 300,000 cumulatively per day. Airtel's corresponding limits are KES 10,000 overnight, KES 70,000 daytime per transaction and KES 100,000 per day. Cashia's are KES 30,000 overnight, KES 70,000 daytime per transaction and KES 300,000 per day, after a prior successful Cashia deposit.
Cashia's withdrawal rule says a 5% provider-side tax is deducted. Other charges follow the mobile operator's tariff, and ordinary bonus credit cannot be withdrawn except as specified for a Jackpot bonus. A daily cap, an overnight cumulative cap and a daytime per-transaction cap are different controls; none promises payout time. ChampsBase's September 2026 review reports three August Kenya M-PESA withdrawals of KES 2,000, 1,500 and 1,000 reaching its reviewer in 3:02, 3:18 and 3:44. That is the reviewer's account, without independently audited transaction logs, and cannot predict another customer's KYC or payout time. We did not request a withdrawal.
Are the current promotions valuable for a new customer?
The official promotion list still showed 15 cards before its first “Expired” label on 29 September. The Deposit Bonus is a recurring first-deposit-of-the-day transaction-charge refund, not an initial-registration match: KES 49 earns KES 3 once; KES 50–98 earns KES 5; KES 99 earns KES 8 up to twice daily; KES 100 or more earns a flat KES 5. The resulting bonus is for sportsbook play at minimum combined odds 4.99, with winnings moving to cash. The small fixed award and odds condition matter more than the word “bonus” in its title.
The separately advertised 10% Cashia Bonus covers the first Cashia wallet deposit each day of at least KES 50, once daily, with a maximum KES 100 credit. Deposit bands cap the award at KES 20, 50, 100 or 100 as the deposit rises. Other mobile-money deposits do not qualify, and the page can be withdrawn without notice. It does not specify a wagering multiplier or award expiry in the opened text. Its claim link goes to Cashia onboarding; a Betika account alone does not establish qualification. The separate Cashia payout deduction also matters to anyone considering that rail. No signup-specific award appeared on the inspected public registration screen; this does not prove that no other new-customer offer exists.
The Lost Multibet Freebet is narrower than an ordinary refund: it requires an online cash sportsbook multiple of at least eight selections and KES 49 net stake, with remaining winners generally at odds 1.60 or higher. Depending on leg count and one or two losses, the stated free-bet award is 50%, 100% or 500% of stake, capped at KES 10,000, expires after 24 hours and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Exclusions include several game and jackpot types, void or cashed-out bets and bonus-funded tickets. A long accumulator can carry a high chance of losing without an award; read live terms before treating the headline return as insurance.
What do user reports and safety rules change?
The Play and Apple stores contain both positive aggregate ratings and specific complaints about virtual-result visibility, rejected or removed live-tennis selections, crash-game experience and iOS navigation or loading. Those individual accounts were not independently verified and do not establish a service-wide failure rate. One locally posted withdrawal-support allegation and a media report on withheld winnings likewise require attribution rather than being stated as proven general practice. Some comparison sites publish Kenya figures that conflict with today's direct sports rules: Takebet's KES 1 minimum stake and KES 1 million maximum payout should not override Betika's currently rendered KES 20 and KES 4 million rules. The fairest reading is that published operating limits are relatively detailed while actual payout consistency and in-account usability remain less well measured.
Betika links to its responsible-gaming policy and Kenya's responsible-gambling support site, with toll-free 0800 724835. Its public policy describes in-account breaks and an account-closure email process, but has unusual language about removing funds before suspension, minimum exclusion after the chosen period and reactivation. Read the current policy and obtain clarification before relying on a particular closure or return date. The Kenya footer lists +254 729 290 290 and support@betika.com; the terms state a complaint response within 14 days before escalation to GRAK. These are published contact and response routes, not tested support quality or proof that every case is resolved within that period.
Who is this edition suited to?
It may suit an eligible Kenyan adult who wants a KES sportsbook with M-PESA or Airtel access, a busy in-play menu and published cash-out rules, and who will check the exact ticket and promotion conditions. It is a weaker fit for someone seeking guaranteed rapid withdrawal, a simple unrestricted welcome match or independently documented RTP for the games observed here: none is established by this public research. Before depositing, check the current licence period and account eligibility, verify the payment recipient and exact daily/time-of-day cap, read any bonus's eligible rail and odds or game restrictions, and set a loss limit you can afford. Do not use another country's Betika page, a third-party APK or page access as proof of Kenyan account rights.
