Scope: score the exact domain/app for the target jurisdiction. Verify the licence in the regulator's public register and confirm that the registered domains include the reviewed domain. Score four applicable subtests separately, then average without intermediate rounding and round the final factor to the nearest whole score: operator fees on main methods; minimum withdrawal; monthly withdrawal cap; maximum sportsbook payout or casino win cap. Convert to EUR at the snapshot date.
